Mentioned in another thread that I had a faulty receiver from hobby king.
It was a really frustrating slow process. I'm not sure even they fully understand the returns system. On the live chat, one person told me I needed to start an RMA. One told me I needed to open a case on their 24hour support and another told me I needed to request a specialist evaluation or something!
To be fair, we got there in the end. I just think there over complicating things
