Hi there, Anyone from the Peterborough area, just created an e-petition to get the council to provide an off road track and facilities. Wouldn't it be good to have somewhere decent to go? Come sign up and tell anyone else you know that may be interested. If you are a member on another forum please mention this. Just thinking of the places I used to race years ago and believe me this seems an age ago and probably is: Outside 1/10th Off road Orton Waterville Notcutts Garden Centre ( Yes there used to be a track inside the gardens centre) Inside 1/10th Off Road Orton Longueville School Inside & Outside 1/10th Off and On road Ramsey School Inside 1/10th Off and On Road Stamford, Queen Elenor School. These were all regular weekly meets all within 10-15 Miles. Does anybody else remember this or is it just me?

What I'm talking about though is like the weekly type club meets at weekends with 1/10th 2wd/4wd and now touring car and truck races. Maybe I'm being nostalgic but these used to be great events. Looking online there seems to be loads of clubs in the midlands just nothing organised round here.

Anyone interested in starting up a club in Peterborough all classes? I used to compete at race meets years ago and I'm looking to get back into the hobby. But, where can you go in the Peterborough area? Years ago you had a choice of which race meets to attend but now its near no existent. So I thought, lets start one up. There are loads of local halls for rent and a reasonable prices and wouldn't take much organising. Anyone interested?
