  1. i've got the 2650kv running in my hyper 7 and its sweet.
  2. i ended up buying him the brushed hpi firestorm, think brushless is too fast for him he is only 4

  5. i agree there, 5s on 2000kv is about the same speed as 4s on 2650kv (depending on gearing)
  6. i've read people have run that motor on 5s with no issues, but 4s on 2650kv is plenty fast

  8. sorted it now mate, the problem was i lost a dogbone and didn't even notice lol found it in the front garden
  9. sorted now, found the dogbone in the front garden
  10. i don't think there's many of the stick controllers around anymore, and they are more suited to heli's really. id go for something like the flysky gt3b or the absima cr3p, ive used both and there very good and have an lcd screen on them
  11. i've somehow managed to loose a dogbone, has anyone got a spare rear one they would sell? let me know, thanks

  14. there where no chips on the gears inside etc and they looked in decent condition, it didn't look like the diffs were the issue. think i need to inspect the bearings tomorrow and go from there
  15. hello everyone, went to take my brushless hyper 7 out for a drive earlier and i noticed a lack in power and a horrible grinding noise- i've checked the diffs and refilled with oil and they seem to be working fine. does this just leave the wheel bearings or could it be something else?

  19. as title when i press to go forward its going in reverse? i've tried the usual swapping the motor wires over but its not worked? any ideas

  21. i've got it to charge at 3a, probably going to take about 2hours+ . going to order a new charger next week thanks for suggestion hellaflush.
  22. this is the first time using it, i've been told it will work charging it at around 3a but will that fully charge the battery? definitely need to invest in a better charger!
