      In the last year hobbyking has gone down the toilet. Stock levels suck, customer service is a joke. Its a shame as a couple of years back they were really on their game.

      (not just saying this to cause an argument) but weirdly lately HobbyKing have been really good to me, great customer service, very good live chat (apart from one ignorant PS) and they sorted a warranty claim out for me within the hour.

    Yeah that's the one, I got mine second hand off of the for sales area on here. It's not got the standard combo installed so it can run 4S with no issue. It's mental fast on 4s... stupid really. I want something bigger tho. Yeah I've always been a fan of the WR8's too but I've not got anywhere I could run something like that.

I've not looked into them to see if they are any good or if they're too soft for bashing... I know the Savage flux is tough and would be a good basher but yeah you're right it's flipping expensive. Or if it doesnt have to be an 8th MT then there are loads of 10th options.... I'll be selling my DMT soon haha

    Yeah I've found some German websites with them available on too but it'd be easier to buy from ebay if you don't speak German or have a fiancee that does lol. I know exactly what you mean mate, brace the shock towers and you're ready to go. But without manufacturer support / interaction then I think I'll probably end up with a Savage HP. The official Thunder Tiger importers website doesnt even work...

    Exactly my point, even if you find one in stock and then break something you'll spend ages trying to find parts. The only ones I can find in stock are in Germany.

    Yeah I'm leaning more and more towards the MT4 but it seems as tho it would be foolish seeing as Thunder Tiger seem crap for parts and customer service.... have a look at the Thunder Tiger UK FB page, its basically Thunder Tiger anouncing new things and members of public asking when there will be parts available for their models and they just get ignored...
