  1. The needles are already at factory and still nothing, I'll try taking the Hsn nut apart tomorrow and try that and I've blown the fuel through and there's no leaks etc
  2. I'm having trouble starting my hyper 7 tq2 , it only starts when fuel is poured down the head and runs on that fuel but as soon as its run out the engine dies?
  3. Everything seemed okay last night when we took it off , he brought it brand new at Christmas , I have the hyper 7 tq2 my friend has the hyper 9 and other friend has hyper ss and that's the only one that hasn't run since we've had them
  4. The head has never been off and it's as tight as it can be , we have changed the glow plugs and still nothing as happened
  5. My friend has a hyper ss and we are really struggling to start it. We have set all the carb needles back to factory. When we turn the engine over with the rota start it will only start 1 in 10 tries and then dies straight away. When turning it over there is fuel been spat out of the head?!? Once it gets started it runs for a bit with the glow igniter on but as soon as you take it off it dies?
  6. I've took the grub screw out but I can't get the pin out? Any help
  7. How do you get a drive shaft out of the steering knuckle
  8. The plug which was in it to begin with had been in it a fair while so I'm gonna say that it burnt out due to being used a lot , the second one burnt out after about 5/10 mins of running but as you said lean = hot so I'm thinking it burnt out due to the engine getting to hot because it began to smoke then died so I took the plug out and smoked started to come from inside. I think the problem might of been it running to lean. I'll just buy that plug you said and go from there. Thanks
  9. Just ran my car for about an hour and burnt put two glow plugs , one was a no.8 plug and one was a no.4 plug , was just wondering which plug runs and burns the best?
  10. I had this problem with my hyper , all I done was charge my batteries and it worked fine , think it happens with lack of power
  11. I've bent one of mu front shocks and I was wondering whether I should buy the same shocks or upgrade for better ones?
  12. I think it is fuel but I couldn't seem to solve it but going to give it another try tomorrow maye , it's my first car so slowly learning ahah
  13. Started my hyper 7 tq2 for the first time today. Done one whole tank on idel then done second tank on 1/4 throttle. When I put the third tank in and tried doing 1/2 throttle it was really bogging out. I tried Justin gate Hsn and Lsn but still not much difference. I don't really know what I'm doing so I was just turning them either way to try get it running. I put it back to factory and still was bogging. It also took a long time to use a full tank. I don't know whether that normal or not but I would say each tank lasted a good half hour 45 mins. Any help is needed and thanks
  14. I have a hyper 7 tq2 and wanted to set the needles back to factory because I was playing around with them last night. It's the hyper .21 3 port edition. Thanks

  19. I read the beginners FAQ pinned at the top of the page about the stick pack batteries fitting better in a hyper 7 so I've just got some and they don't fit in the battery tray , they're to long, I don't know what others do whether you take the battery tray out and cable tie them to the chassis or what but could someone help me please?
