    Had first op (triple arthrodesis) done on Wednesday on left ankle. Am still pretty much painless and coping well. The 2nd op, same thing on right ankle is planned for future. Google has some not so nice pics so advise not looking if you have meal in front of you. I finally quit smoking last Monday, about 48 hours before op and do ecigs, have had no urge to smoke so doing great there too.

      They also stretched the achilles tendon in left foot while they were at it. Triple fusion and stretching of other body parts doesn't bear thinking about.

    Had last rollup at 11am yesterday. Found out am allergic to Nicorette patches so only have the Nicorette inhalator and my determination left stopping me from tearing open a new pouch of baccy.

      I am just over 12 months clear now. Put on 3 stone but my chest is great.lol.

      I just wanted to give the patches/inhalator combo a try first. Will probably stick with inhalators and get an e-cig kit. I've never been a lightweight anyway, currently at 19 stone so any extra weight is very unwelcome.

      Me2 everytime u think its run its course it starts up again. I blame my daughter lol she's just started nursery last year and ive had dozens of little colds and ruined by flu for days about 4x.

      I never used to get ill either.

      had mine since christmas its never really cleared up, doesnt help my son keeps bringing it home from school. on the plus side atleast he isnt in the nursery where they aer having bouts of hand, foot and mouth, chicken pox and slapped cheek. i dont mind the cold weather though
