My concern is it being 4x4 and heavy for its size

hello guys. My brushless system decided it no longer wanted to be part of the working electronic omunity and has vacated as a such. Funds are low at the moment and seeing as I cannot get ahold of an ESC used, would this cheap and cheerful combo dofor a 4x4 slash? Alright guys, So I was massively into the hobby a few years back now I have been on and off alittle bit. Recently I got ahold of myself a traxxas slash but the ESC died, I have been looking on facebook, eBay gumtree, here and other forums but it just seems the 2nd hand market place has almost but vanished! I remember a few years back you could pick up VXL systems, Mamba max (or similar castle) Hobbywing and all sorts day in day out, but now nothing seems to sell much and no one really lists. So hard to find any used parts these days when at one point the market was flooded. Are imes changing, is there less interest now days?

Hey guys, My esc has ddied in my slash 4x4 and need a new one. unfortunatly funds are tight so either a hobbywing/similr or just a VXL esc would be great. If any one is interested I could also do a trade on a nice body for a slash with traxxas audio installed see here

As per title in very very good condition. Used only once or twice outdoors and mostly a show body. Come with the audio unit and speakers. Would like £50 for the lot collected or post for £5. Unfortunately I think there is an issue with the site as I cannot up load any images. I get the error that the file size is too large and must be a maximum of 875kb despite the image being downsized to less than 800x600 and is only 206kb.... If anyone wants an pic I can whatsapp it no problem at all.

Thanks dude I apprecaite the in depth reply - I see what you mean about the bodies and styling. I think you maybe right and be a little difficult without hacking far too much out. i was thinking of removing the bed in hope that it might accomodate the cage but looking at your side by side picture, i do not think it will work.

Blast Wave Petrol(not Nitro) RC Boat. Had this a while and had it running but not used it now for about 6 months, It needs a new prop due to it having a chip in it and a couple of bolts for the rudder, also the transmitter battery cover is missing. Other than this it was very quick, stable and was sharpe & responsive! I kind of lost the love for boats so now decided that I want something more onland - looking for a Brushless (or petrol (please no nitro at all) off road truck/buggy - i can add upto £100 on top of this. The boat new cost £440 but given it needing a little TLC I would value it at around £150. Please do not offer me any Nitro cars, Brushless/Electric or Petrol/gas ONly.
