i didnt change nothing on my fail safe was working fine before, this happened mid drive, soo it just went full throttle mid drive and ever since never gone back. but thanks for the replies i really appreciate it. i will to centre the servo throttle and let u guys know how it goes, but thanks for the advice i was going to replace parts onit.

When I turn my rc car on everything is fine as soon as I turn on the controller it just goes full throttle and doesn't respond. I can turn the steering but that's about it. Thunder tiger s50 nitro

any advice on how to take this of with out damaging it ??

hi people im having trouble getting clutch shoes for a mta s50 part number pn1806 i have seen it on ebay but i would like to get the part soon as possible lol im pretty sure it is the clutch shoo probelm as it wnt let me goo full speed jst sits there and revs

hi i have a mta4 S50 i did put up an issue recently but have just figured out one and now have another1 lol ok my truck is reving and not moving when i press the throttle sometimes it moves sometimes it just revs and stays ther. i have stopped the car put it in reverse and it goes then when i change it back to first it also goes but sometimes it will just stop and rev as i throttle and not move. not to sure what it is i did have smoke on the run before from i think what is the slipper clutch.(the visible one by the engine.) #im not to sure what the problem is if its the gear box or something small i can fix not costing to much.

for the slipper clutch will their be a certian one for my truck or can i have any slipper clutch ?

thanks guys really helped i have 23mm hex but im pretty sure i can just change the hex size to 17 for a set of tyres

could anyone help me to know where i could get a decent set of on road wheels for my truck, at the moment i have the standard foams ones which came with the truck.. i have a mta s50

yh sorry the person ment the horns, but i turned on the controller and then teh car and now it seems to be working fine jst need to get the slipper clutch tightened now well i hope thats all it is. thank you for your reply mate you was very helpful tho so thanks and also im looking for road wheels for my truck dont like these foamed ones where you think will be a good place to get them ??

im having a few problems with my S50, yesterday while taking the car for a run and then the the slipper clutch was smoking, i let it cool down started it up again and then it worked fine but i shut it down straight away just incase it caused damage. the slipper clutch is loose and now it wont tighten. also the other problem i have is i started it up today and turn't on the car and then the controller and the car was stuck in full throttle. thinking of changing the slipper clutch wondering if it is a big job or not? also for the servo i was told by a person to take of the collers push back the carb and then reconnect it not sure if this is any good for the car and only if then it does the same thing then change the servo. please can anyone help i have had the s50 for a while im running 20% fuel and recently changed the glow plug to os No8
