  1. Dug it out for the first time in months. Had to have a quick blast then it's ready to hopefully sell as a RTR or it will be getting broken! Sad times. Had lots of fun with it though fpr sale by Nicholas Simpson, on Flickr
  2. I built this about 3 months ago and haven't used it. This is a completely built roller (upgraded clutch bearings included) new LF tekno springs. Will come with the original box if required (won't fit back in now) and the manual. Comes on the proline wheels/tyres. This CAN COME with the novarossi p5 pictured. This has not ran for a few years but has good compression. I also bought a brand new Turnigy LiFe receiver pack for this which is installed + again has never been used/charged. I will upload better photo's later. This was bought new from RPRC, expensive piece of kit, appreciate there aren't many racers on here but I have no where else to advertised. £350 with Nova £300 without ONE by Nicholas Simpson, on Flickr TWO by Nicholas Simpson, on Flickr

Wheels for 1/8 buggy Opened but never used £12 posted De for 1/8 buggy by Nicholas Simpson, on Flickr
  4. 120 posted. If I don't reply on here please text/phone 07795191753 as I'm struggling to get online. Thanks Nick.
  5. Sorry guys I'm struggling to get online with moving out etc This sold on the first day ! Thanks Nick
  6. I'm sadly having to sell my 5ive T due to lack of space - moving out ! The whole truck has been stripped - it was my intention to rebuild it as the engine needs a new clutch. The engine has also been stripped down to check over ( initially I thought it was seized however it ended up being a knackered clutch) So will need bolting back together. There a few pieces I wanted to replace, some worn outdrives (centre diff) and also the dogbones from the centre dif as they are also worn. Comes with BZM micro pipe, Hot racing ackerman ( i think it's hot racing ) fast eddy servo saver jam nut, aftermarket tyres (seen better days) + carbon fibre rear arm guards. Ideal for spares or to rebuild up and have a good bash with. Due to the size I would prefer collection but We can sort a courier out at cost. comes with 1x receiver pack battery, spare blue rim locks and a few spare beaten panels. shell has seen better days but still plenty of life in there for bashing. £325 collected - bargain
  7. Again - due to breaking up with my partner and having to move in with a friend I'm having to have a massive clear out. This is my Savage XS flux - orignally the updated raptor bodied version with better electrics. Included are 3x 2s lipo's imax lipo charger HPI tf40 radio gear. Few spare parts. I have fitted a Power HD 20 mg servo and used once since. This morning whilst taking photo's I realised the rear body mount is broken! Bar that it is good to go. Shell was new circra 3/4 runs ago. £150 posted - bargain.
  8. Not been on for a week or two - sadly due to me and my partner going separate way's i am having to move in with a friend for a while + have no where to store all the spare cars I have. This is an X1 Cr originally - With brushless conversion done Minus running gear. X2 mount X3 servo/battery mounts Brand new schuey wheels/inserts/silver spirals. Has the uprated CNC hubs/knuckles. I bought another X1 cr PRO rolling chassis last year which was complete minus engine etc. So there is enough to build two cars - or return both to nitro. There's about 5 fuels tanks, 5 spare diffs, loads of brand new unopened parts, wishbones, rollbars etc You name it, it's in there, 2 spare shells. I'm not sifting through everything and taking photo's, this will keep a CR running until the end of time. £150 posted.
  9. Need to make sure you bleed the air out of the caps and don't hydro lock them. Sand is okay if you're going to clean it after every use, i/e blow it off with an airline and such but sand will get in everywhere and dry things up if not cleaned out.
  10. It is a decent place, about 35-40 minutes from me but perfect I work shifts 4 on / off so Can go whenever on my days off, get some practice in Just means having to stand down on the track though incase you roll over, no marshal's there to turn you back over
  11. Bit more experimenting with the tekno at Deerdale, don't know whats happened to the sound in the clip i'll have a look at sorting that out tomorrow. Even though it was mega windy tonight it was jumping so well, awesomeeee little truck
  12. You really don't need a metal spur gear if its meshed properly. The verlineon combo does tend to run hot , in sand your a braver man than me the shocks may just need some thicker oil and make sure you build them properly. Are they vented on the gtr caps?
  13. @ostewart funnily enough rprc who distribute tekno too the UK also supply SRT servos. Expensive though, I only need one for this but I've just finished building a new tekno nitro 8th buggy which needs two I might get away with a power HD on the throttle/brake but definitely not on steering!
  14. The old / classic car market has just blown up in the past 5 years. Facebook pages have a say in hiked up prices. Kids with 1.2 novas thinking they're worth £2000, but the mad thing is people are paying it 65k for a nova sport ?? I'm not (that) bitter, but if I was a millionaire I'd buy it and sell it on for the 5 grand tops what its worth. Madness
  15. Tank!!! Well I'm a fully fledged tekno convert now. Yes they really are that good and are that bulletproof. Proven again down deerdale the other day they are cannonballs that do not break
  16. I have a brand new set on brand new schuey wheels
  17. Killed the powerhd 20kg servo, lasted 5 outings, stripped it last night looks like I'm going to have to buy a decent servo that will last! Took the tekno to deerdale after changing 80% of the setup and oh my days for the 10 or so laps I got in it was a totally different truck. No nose diving and was so stable in the air. Sailed over the two doubles I was struggling with last time.
  18. I like my dx4s but its given me a bit of grief. I'm having glitching issues at a certain track even with other spektrum users not having the same issue. Broken steering wheel spring and I only had 30 hours on mine , never dropped or thrown about either. If it goes again then I will replace but until then I'm happy with it, I'd struggle to justify spending more on radio gear when I'm not a racer.
