Hi all, I'm Scott 23. I was into R/C car about 10 years ago, I owned and still do own a TA-01 tamiya with the Escort RS Cosworth shell. But more recently got involved again but fancied a nitro. I have always liked the ideas and challenges associated with FWD cars, so I decided to chuck an offer in on a Kyosho Nitro Mantis FF. This was before finding out there is virtually no information available on the web on parts and manuals d'oh! It is completely standard (I think) Running a GX12 engine. Although I do find it quite boring, I was looking forward to setting it up but with only the one mixture needle was very easy to do so. Are there more complex engines that I could perhaps swap and fit into the the mantis? I guess as long as the engine mounts are the same it's possible? Any help will greatly appreciated and I will upload some pictures very very soon.
