  1. Thats the greedy royal snail for you. They got to get their christgmas bonus from somewhere.
  2. Items arrived. I think you can see the charges on the envelope
  3. Sure. My wife is going to collect them tomorrow from the collecting office. I will send you a pm when I have them. Thanks
  4. update. I have a card from the post office. my items are at the sorting office waiting for collection and payment. Total is
  5. Thanks. I have bought a bag off the bay but was hoping they could be bought on their own.
  6. Does anyone know where I can buy the small 'U' shaped shock mounts / adapters used for the top mount of the oil shocks on the pumpkin / lunchbox please. I have searched the forum for links and info on them and searched the net looking to buy them on their own. All I find is the pressed steel bag from the kit that I can buy which means I have to buy stuff I dont really need. I have oil shocks to put on but nothing to fit them on. Thanks.
  7. Hi All, thanks for the welcome. I love to build things, as I said but I am still learning. I got a lot to learn about brushless motors and esc's. The pumpkin i have bought (should be delivered today) isd an original 1987 model so has the old style transmitter and receiver. I have also bought (yesterday) aTamiya Fighter Buggy FX. This is just a project and needs radio gear. I am thinki9ng of putting a brushless and esc in it. It is just the chassis, wheels, body, suspension and steering servo. I will upgrade with proper bearings, and better shocks and a better body (probably a Mad Bull). The buggy is to bash around the garden, me thinks. lol
  8. I hope mine scrape through. lol I thought postage is separate as the costings are on the goods. I hope it is below the limit to start charging. It would be if they take each individually, but might just scrape through with total cost. We will see.
  9. The government do like us to cough up their beer money. I will see how he sends it and what it costs me. I got the fx 10 suspension kit at $15.99 and pins set at $8.85 dollars plus postage @ $9.88. In English, all total
  10. It was. I think the one for sale is not worth much more as it needs a new shell. It has had a good front end smash. These dont come up oftem though.
  11. I have bought the sets for the front conversion from America and will put here what the added costs are if and when I get them. I am hoping they will not be much (if I do get charges).
  12. Wrong ones. I thought it was a 'F???'. It was the Tamiya Ford F150 Ranger XLT. This one. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vintage-Tamiya-Ford-F150-Ranger-XLT-RC-MODEL-KIT-SEE-PHOTOS-/321179201556?pt=UK_ToysGames_RadioControlled_JN&hash=item4ac7c5b014 I would love to be able to afford one.
  13. I hope this is in the right place to ask, but has anyone bought the FX 10 front suspension upgrade for their pumpkin or lunchbox from the states. I am wondering if any tax is put on it at the customs or extra payment to Royal Mail. For the upgrade and metal pins etc it will cost around
