  1. You probably need to be sure of that, because it then doesn't become Herme's issue to resolve and it could become a little difficult. Good luck in trying to get it.
  2. So one person sold it to another person, that person sold it for more and now the person that has it has broken it up and is selling the parts off... Don't see the issue really, and whilst you may have an understanding of it's history a multitude of things could have happened to the car with the following two sellers.... Not really sure it matters, he's trying to sell something. It's his choice how he sells it regardless.
  3. When you first start the engine, you will find it really difficult to pull the starter, loosen the glowplug for the first idle tank (not alot only quarter a turn) until it's started, I've used a pull start before now and it's been impossible to pull (actually broke one on the first engine i did). I was a bit weary about it until at least two model shops told me to do the same as you can jam the pull start, but just be careful and don't leave it like that as you can blow the glowplug out. Forget the failsafe for now, focus on running your engine in.
  4. Was the address it was sent to correct i.e what was written on the parcel If the address was detailed wrong it's the seller that needs to sort it out. If it was, it's Herme's that need to locate the parcel or re-imburse you if it's lost. However again, it's the seller that needs to contact Hermes. The other alternative is if you know it's been delivered to the correct road, and as stupid as this sounds, simply knock on every door.....(assuming he actually put your name on the parcel too)
  5. As has ben said, it will be fine. Don't worry too much about fuel in the tank or lines for a few hours.
  6. Totally, much better grip and handling.
  7. Lets jsut say that even after a bash out at 3 sisters they would look not that disilimar.... My OCD might take flight......
  8. +1 25% Optifuel. You made a decent choice. Now stick with that.
  9. He was actually laughing....although we think it was a nervous laugh... Probably didn't help that i still couldn't stop laughing an hour later....... I would be totally gutted if it was me. Apparently despite him braking, it didn't but we found later the rod must have detached from the servo just before he hit.
  10. My mate had a little bit of an accident with his Blackout. New Front Bumper
  11. Here's my rides. Have a few alloy hop ups to do, plus a set of Big Joes on Tech5's to put on either the X or XL
  12. Odd, that seems too high for 3G, yet too low for 4G. I'm guessing it's a 4G connection, but a slow one (4G should theoretically get you between 30Mbps - 150Mbps), although realistically most people, at the moment are not getting more than 35Mbps.
  13. I love the smell of nitro in the morning...

  14. Cheers chaps. Must admit been looking around for a reasonable RC forum to join and most don't have any recent activity or have really poor support. I'm also a mod over at another (unrelated) forum, but it's primarily centered on the digital world (IT, Phones, Sat, Cable etc)
  15. Hello all just joined this forum as been into Nitro for several months and just jumped up to 1/5 scale. Previous to that (and recently sold) was flying T-Rex 500, eSKy 900, BeltCP, 450 and 250 Helis. Hoping to pickup some useful info from fellow RC'ers
  16. Doens't mean anything per se, I was just looking at my Koolance Exos Water System for my PC at the time and I made a username (a long time ago) on another forum. It's stuck with me ever since.
  17. It's a common issue on the .36 (or so I've heard), but normally they throw a rod on heavy jumps/bashing, but having ran in two of these recently and in the process of running another in now, it's not something I've come across. All of mine have been run in with 25% as: 1 Tank Idle 2 Tanks 1/3 2 Tanks 1/2 2 Tanks 3/4 2 Tanks Full 1 Tank Varied
