Ive been looking at a few for the savage like. Do all savages have 6mm axles?

Need a 17mm hex or hub for my s28 which has a 6mm axle. Cant find much about it just seem to be going around in circles on google lol

Hello there mate I have a savage x with a pro .28 engine in it. All it needs is a metal spur as the plastic one just melts the middle lol

Thanks robbo and to start with every thing works fine im just not sure if its changing down to 1st at all, just sounds like its in 2nd. I thought it might have been a stripped gear so i bravely took it apart earlier and everything is fine inside no teeth stripped or anything. The only thing was that the clutch hub was a tiny bit loose and the spring under the adjustment grub screw is a bit bent apart from that it looks brand new so i imagine it was just the hub. If thats not the case ill have a look at the other things that you mentioned and see if i can find a solution

Its top speed still seems good but every now and again at low speed it sounds like it just revvs up for like half a aecond then slams back into gear. Im a newbie at all of this n kinda jumped in at the deep end but i really dont fancy taking apart the transmission and wrecking it even more lol

Thanks andy its about 112/113mm. Managed to straighten it as best as possible but can see a few stress marks just next to the turnbuckle

Hello there. so im in need of a hpi25 head and button as the ones that have been put on arent stock and it looks like the piston has been touching the button (look in my gallery). Part numbers are hpi1443 and hpi1444 dont really wanna buy new ones coz ive spent close to

well I was hoping to just replace the head and button. im no expert but that button is definetly wedged in there I took out the glow plug and cleaned up the head and almost looks like it came with the button wedged in like that. I wonder if anyone has as head and a button I could buy off them or should I just get new ones? I think the part numbers are hpi1444 for the button and hpi1443 for head
