Hi Guys, I''ve had the above for a few years now (10+ years) and I'm looking to bring it outta retirement and start some drifting. It currently is just a chassis with wheels. all the electrics where stripped to use in my TB-01. Any suggestions on how to turn this sows ear into a silk purse?

Hi Guys, I've got a friend who wants an rc car, off-road. He's seen my tb-01 in action and has asked what options are out there. I've advised either Nitro or Electric. My personal preference would be nitro, for longer run times.. What would you go for?

Sorted the ride height, I've just turned the rear shock mount upside down. Sorted. The controller had a faulty connection to the receiver, it also has a faulty wire to the motor/battery but I can live with that as its only a basher for my daughter.

Got it sorted.. Everything is tickety boo, my next question is does the TB-01 sit low at the back or have I missed something with my setup?

Ok so had chance to think about this overnight, and tried something this afternoon... Rookie mistake, had the servo & esc plugged into the wrong channels on the receiver. but my next dilemma is, the steering isn't responding, can anyone tell me the best way to make sure the servo is centered?

Nothing is working Tonysmini, this setup has previously worked albeit several months ago. I was thinking of just replacing the esc/servo combo

Ok, so I've cleaned up the old TB-01 basher, And I'm running the following:- NOSRAM Hawk Power Reverse ESC HPI rf-1 receiver HPI Firebolt 15t motor. HPI SF-1 Servo Everything is greased and ready to go but when I connect the battery I get a light on the ESC, and the Servo makes a noise as if to say "right lets go" But when I hit the throttle I get no response, not even in reverse. Can anyone advise on what may the problem or how best to troubleshoot... Want to get it going so my 6 yr old can thrash it about!

Hi Guys, Certain circumstances have come for me to think about selling my tb-01, its brand new (not boxed) only parts that have been put together are the front & rear assemblies. I also have another tb-01 chassis that is fully working but has been used somewhat. So anybody thinking of getting one or wanting another pm me.. Cheers

Go with the one from US... I'm after one of these myself, just building my new tb-01 now...

The new TB-01 arrived today, gonna make a start on building it tomorrow. Only things missing are servo, ESC and motor. I have a motor (somewhere) and the servo and esc out of the HPI sprint 2. Will post some pics when I start....
