How goods that engine on the x2 just wondering why you put a G320 in it , I had a ported G340 in my losi and a tuned bartlone pipe.

That's a good point as I spent £1000's on my losi , x2 comes with some good upgrades as standard

Yeh that diff set up is what I had on my genuine 5t , that's the only thing putting me off the noise can you put silencers on them.

Don't mind a bit of work , what's the stoke pipe like I've heard there load , what oil have you put in your Diffs

Cheers for that , ive seen one on rc modelz with the 30.5 engine and extras for a few hundred less than genuine losi and as I'm only an occasional basher seems daft paying over a grand.

I sold my 5t last year and was looking at getting back in to rc's again and was thinking of a x2 to save a bit of money , just wondering how they hold up apart from Duff's etc are they really any good or should I go the the real thing.

It's a new engine sorry yeh bit more info try starting kicks in for about 2 seconds so I'd say won't tick over a friend says could need now end needle tunning.

Yeh I've heard pipes need re tuning yeh it's fresh fuel.

Got my five out today after a month sitting in shed last time she was out it had a samba silenced pipe on , it's got a G340 esp ported engine with a walbro 1107 carb and it ran fine but I recently upgraded pipe to a bartolone 32cc tuned pipe and now it fires up but won't idle carb settings haven't been altered. Any ideas please.

I had a xxl2 and a octane , octane is the better truck , I sold both and bought a 1/5 petrol to add to my collection both as bad as nitro's

Cheers mate when you fill then do you go to the top or leave a gap sorry if I sound thick. Btw car looks great mines nearly ready just waiting for team chase ally axels and boots back order from freeprawn.

Sorry to break into your thread AJ , with regards to diff oil what make do you use I'm getting confused with WT and CST in changing my oil and was wondering what brand to go for cheers pall

Not tested it yet as I'm in middle of build but if it's to loud I'll swap it for a silenced one is there much difference my baja was a dominator pipe that was ok.

Hi mate I sold mine in April on eBay fixed price £1100 similar spec to your and got £980 cash that was less than half what I spent on it. Hope that helps .
