  1. Good work mate! Soul RC is epic isn't it, we were there on the Friday!
  2. Haha yeah I ordered 4 of the exact same ones this morning from that seller!
  3. Hi all, We are in the process of setting up a little anodizing service specifically catering to RC cars. For anyone that has considered anodizing and got quotes from the engineering companies the words 'minimum order' comes up a lot, because these companies work on huge quantity it can make having a car or two anodized very costly. We offer an anodizing service that is kept simple and affordable. We go through exactly the same process as the large engineering firms but without the price tag. We can do single alloy parts of every alloy part of the car and customise quotes to suit so if you'd like to discuss options do let me know. We will be up and running in a few weeks and will be offering various promotions (to be confirmed) for the first customers. Any questions do PM me and I will answer any questions you may have either on here or via PM! More details to follow!
  4. Thats a shame mate, hope to see you back soon!
  5. Best of luck with the sale Andy! Are you leaving the hobby or just changing chassis?
  6. I just bought the Yeah racing ones to store, wanted something quite small and compact! I don't 'need' a bag to store them in however all my wheels are currently just chucked in the side compartment of my Hudy hauler so it's a nightmare getting them all out and together, getting storage bags for them just makes sense!
  7. Hi all, Looking to get something to store my wheels. Ideally something like a padded wheel bag to be honest that holds 4 wheels (26mm) and tyres. I've looked and found various ones but keen to hear what others use! I don't want to just put kebab sticks though the wheels, my OCD simply doesn't allow it lol
  8. Although just to add - With regards to what Teshi said I did read on Facebook the following... Slow charge at 1-3amps to give longer lasting battery but a slower punch Fast charge at 4-6amps to give a faster punch but the battery drains faster Personally I can't see how that works at all as my understanding is once the battery reaches 4.2v it's fully charged and can only go down at one rate regadless of how many amps it was charged at. I thought the punch was in direct relation to continues and maximum C rating...
  9. WIth regards to setting the LiPo cut off, I'd go for anything above 3.3v myself, as long as the LiPo doesn't fall below 3v it will be fine!
  10. Which turn do you have? I personally use 10.5 for drifting and don't find it too fast at all, carpet it never fast though! Few pics of the Hudy bag -
  11. So visited the opening day of Soul RC up in Northampton on Friday and what a venue. Everything about it is absolutely great, the shop, the facilities and the track itself is incredible! Any MST owner simply cannot visit a fully loaded shop riddled with upgrade parts and not buy something, right? I picked up the following - New set of CS-R hard tyres for a new shell I am doing Rear diffuser full turnbuckle set Alloy bulkheads Alloy spring cups for the suspension front alloy brace And my best purchase of the day....a Hudy hauler bag! My Fastrax one was quickly running out of space so upgrading to the Hudy one has given me SO much more room to store everything, very happy with it!
  12. All comes down to practice to be honest mate, stick at it and it will happen!
  13. No shouldn't take long I wouldn't imagine mate, going over to Bens a bit later on to get them all fitted! Yep, we're there tomorrow, can't wait
  14. Picked up my Keyence setup this morning, very happy! Just in time for the Soul RC opening as well!
  15. Yeah if it's the wheels I've seen I'm not a fan of them to be honest!
  16. Yeah not ideal, cost as much as the wheels did, will arrive quickly though at least!
  17. Found what I was after in the end, went for some Overdose wheels from Japan, got my pants pulled down on delivery though.
  18. Not sure really mate, maybe TE37 replicas or something with a dish I think. As soon as I see 'them' I will know if that makes sense
  19. Yeah need to check out the Yokomo range!
  20. Yeah I think I've overkilled the MST a bit lol Just had a look at Ooospeed, some nice one but not found 'the' ones, thanks for the link though Andy!
