I have finally got my KM baja back together after a front end accident ( thanks those who helped with pics etc). I am going to slowy upgrade bit by bit the front end to make it stronger, but need advise of what to use on the front. On photo 2, when I locate the pins as per there proper location the black links that hold the steering arms rub on the lower square section you can see, and stop it from steering. Have I bent something I can't see or am I doing something wrong ??? Thanks for the other info and pics.

Hi all Made a rookie mistake yesterday and had a head on with a solid object, not majorly fast but enough to stop it steering right. I removed the front end complete from the chassis but did not take enough notice now I am trying to get it back together and can't seem to get it right. I struggling when brining it back to the main part, there are 2 arms with pins going through. These have a cap on top, my question is where do they locate as if the lugs locate adjacent the bolts that fix to the metal part of the top the lower parts hit the suspension arms. If they do not locate here the steering arms seem to far back and get in the way of the servo. I will post some pics asap but if anyone has any decent photos of a King motors or Hpi Baja front assembly it would be appreciated

I maybe able to help as its only a few miles from me.

Hi, I recently got back into an old hobby and bought a King Motors Baja clone, I have been out with a couple of times and rolled it today off a jump, snapped my spark plug and damaged some other bits. I am looking to upgrade a few bits and noticed a few people have fitted a windscreen and windows to there's. my question is where from? I have searched and cannot find any on sites for sale. I have already ordered filter and pull start bags and shock socks, after today I have already got an extended roof guard, would you recommend any other bits ? Please help the noob.
