its not about how much weight you add its where that weight is the lower it is the better and if its in the right place a few gram off weight can make all the difference Tyres and foams also make a big diffrerence to climbing . i havent used wheel weights for ages i use beef tubes in my axles instead so you have a static weight and have had better results that way plus getting battery position correct can make a massive diffrerence to the car just slapping a load off weight in your wheels will make the motor and esc have to work harder to turn something heavier plus putting more strain on the whole drive line but with beef tubes or even knuckle weights there is a lot less strain on moving parts

i bought a cheap scroll saw years ago and its served me well it could also be done by hand with a normal fret saw

Over the bank holiday weekend i had a bit off time on my hands so pulled apart my scx10 deadbolt with wraith axles. I had never been happy with it so decided to steal the axles and create something as more off a dedicated rock crawler so heres the photos from the build I currrently just waiting for good servo to arrive in the post before i do any serious testing but early tests with a weak servo attatched are good and its just a case off altering link lengths and positions a little and it will be good for a trip to brimham rocks

you cant buy them seperate ive tried even contacted wismec them selfs and it not possible best bet if you got a broken rx200 is replace board with a dna 200

ive never dropped a mod yet thankfully but if i did i could use one off the other 14 i have i tend to buy broken ones off ebay really cheap and fix them to sell on to fund new ones i usually get rx200s dead cheap as there are a few common issues with them that are easy to fix if you know what you are doing
