just to let you guys know the hbx speed project is going well and will be completed around late december will be posting pics of how it is going so far. And i know it will blow up on 4s

i only run it for about 30secs then let it cool down just need to belt my tyres

hbx rocket pro i weighed it stock and it was around 2kg and then i took all of the unecessary stuff out like stock electronics and wheels and tyres added new castle combo lipo battery much lighter than the stock 2000mah nimh and took some plastic braces which do nothing and sanded the chassis down so its much lighter

but when i weighed it it had no wheels or electronics in it so when i add the electronics it should add a bit of weight

im just sorting the aerodynamics out today ive made it 647g lighter as well so it is going to be mental when i finally get to run it lets hope nothing goes up in flames

yes your calcuation is right and i went on to a website called rc car speed calcuator and it will calcuate the speed of your car and the Theoretical Maximum Vehicle Speed of my car is 110.96 mph

i know it does 60+ on 3s its gonna be mad on 4s i will post the photos in late december and the video will be posted when early spring

hi i was neeeding to know if it would ok to run 4s on a 5700kv motor with out destroying it it would be run on 4s for only 1 speed run pass motor is a castle 1406 5700kv lipos 2x 4250mah 2s overlander run in series
