  1. I've only just found the 'sixaxis' app that let's you pair a PS3 controller to it. Works awesome with Fifa and dead trigger. I set it up with my n64 and SNES emulators... Works excellently! (Apologises if this was already discussed)

He was all over him I'm surprised it even went to the end of the round let alone ending with Manny getting KO'd. As he said after he thought it was over and charged in.

I was thinking about Newznab but then may as well stick to NZB.su. I'm also on Gingadaddy.com as a backup and if I'm after something in particular then I use Binsearch.

Still trying to pick my jaw off the floor from Manny's ko

Sick beard and couch potato are excellent, but now I'm one of those lazy people that got used to the simple indexing of matrix. Setting up API's etc is definitely a good way to go. I just got too lazy! I've been using matrix for probably around eight years, so at least I got my worth out of it.

I'm using nzb.su And binsearch but it's just not the same! Goes to show how popular it was that all other indexers have had to close their doors because of the influx. Do you reckon Usenet has its days numbered?

Am I the only one grieving!? The Usenet community are in a panic as most think this is a sign off things to come.... There's loads of forums buzzing about it and all indexing sites are now closed to new comers. Is anyone on here gutted too?
  8. So I got off my lazy backside and did a few bits... Cleaned of the truck completely (well overdue a good clean). Stripped the gearbox down and fitted the "proper" bearings and cleaned off the gears. Glued the rims and tyres and hey presto, It started wheelying again! Turns out only one of the rear tyres was slipping on the rim but that was more than enough to stop the wheelies and decent speed. Thanks guys for your help. I reckon I'll still be upgrading the ESC and motor. Probably not brushless but maybe to about 19T (more likely 21T as I'm a scaredy cat).
  9. ah Flash... if you could see me now... rubbing my hands and a grin on my face! Thanks bud!
  10. I've got a teu 104 in it, apparently it can do a 25 turn. Could I get away with a 23 without smoking the ESC? Thanks Tom!
  11. I never do! always full on every time. Straight into abuse... (just like Jimmy Saville...) Previously though it was never an issue. Today it was indoors and it still wouldn't. Will glue the tyres too though. I know it's better too anyway.
  12. The motor has only been used for a few months maybe once a week for 40 or so minutes. It has been run through all kinds off wet, mud, dirt and crud so maybe it did get buggered. I'm replacing the bearings in the gearbox (was too lazy ages ago and only did the wheels) so will check out the pinion then. Tyre's aren't glued by surely the stock can couldn't be strong enough to spin them on the rims could it? Thanks all! This is the reason this forum does so well! everyone is helpful! Thanks Jordan... might take you up on that!
  13. Any Chance you guys might be able to help? The LB has stopped wheelying. Even if you backup and throw the throttle on it won't lift. It seems to me that the torque has disappeared as its build up speed now rather than bolt away sitting up. At first I thought it was a traction thing as its been cold and wet whenever it was run, but just checked it indoors on carpet and it was a no go I checked both batteries and their charge is good. It has started to get driven down concrete steps (18 of them) quite regularly, don't know if thats a factor, although I'm pretty sure its not. Its got the 3rd/5th suspension mod with Losi 80 shock oil in all of them... but surely that would make it more prone to wheelies, not less? Besides it wheelied after the mod orginally... Also, I still have the stock can motor in and prefer to keep that in as its my 7 year old that uses it most, a stronger motor would be a signed death warrant for the LB Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks....
  14. Went to see nitro circus live at the o2 last night! What a fantastic show! Made me want to trade my motor bike for a super moto. The kids loved it too and what a fantastic atmosphere. They're coming again next year and we'll recommend getting tickets to anyone.
  15. A guy at work was robbed of his scooter last night. At about 1.30am he was sitting at the lights. 2 guys came from the side and hit him with a iron bar across the head. It knocked him off the scooter (scooter fell over) and they picked it up and wheeled it away. Even with the helmet he was apparantly really dazed. Really is poo that something like this could happen, be careful out there.
  16. Might pick his up today. Its going cheap in wh smiths at the mo.
  17. LOL I love both those games!! Horses for courses I suppose!
  18. With Christmas round the corner I've been stalking play.com and shopto.net. It made me wonder what games might be out there that I don't have yet. Just wondering what everyone is playing. Mine are: Xbox: Online - battlefield 3 Offline - binary domain & walking dead PS3: Online - operation flashpoint Offline - little big planet 2 Although I have a serious lack of ps3 titles. My lists of wants are heavy rain, Max Payne, dishonoured and still waiting for portal 2!
  19. I would start this but I'm pants at these games. Not through lack of practise or effort though! I'm just not gifted enough! I'm strictly a mid table player
  20. Two of my mates keep yapping about halo 4... Is it any good?
  21. You could start a [MSUK] clan. Been playing on my Jack Jones so long now and always get butchered by 2 or 3 clan members owning the game!
  22. My son has the 3ds and the other son has the XL. Personally I think he XL is worth it. It doesn't sound much of a size difference but it certainly feels it. The images seem much clearer and it does make you enjoy the game a lot more. If you're planning on carrying it around though it would be a pain unless you always have a bag with you. If you're going to use it at home its brilliant. I honestly think its worth it.

    Irony

I've seen loads of mad things on the tube, the best was a guy at Victoria at about half 8 in the morning... all dressed in a suit and tie. Got off the escalator, pulled on his ants and done a poo right at he top! A PCSO calmly walked over while he was squatting and said "you err... alright there?". I though it had to be a hidden camera show or something, it was surreal.
  24. Nice job . That must have eaten a fair bit of your spare time!
