  1. I hope it does stop the breaks for you. I know the parts are cheap, but I spend more time replacing this one part than I do playing with the car. It wouldn't be so bad but it seems they are just very poor quality pieces and I will have to replace it several times a week. It would be fine if I had been crashing as it would be my fault, but the road surface when driving fine is splitting it, it's driving me nuts. Got to say though, I love the car I have gotten 40mph from it on a 2s lipo Can't wait to see what it can do on a 3s. As for the carnage chassis, I was thinking about doing that and replacing the extras to see if it provided more stability, I would also prefer the carnage wheels for a slightly larger ride height. Anyone know if this is technically something I could do? Would I have to buy almost a full carnage minus electronics before it would be usable? Also, how far would I have to drop my gearing for it to be stable with the larger tyres? Currently running 23/65.
  2. Just wrote up a long, long story aboutmy vantage for my iPad to decide to die on me.. Long story short, I keep breaking my front chassis on bumps and breaks on the road. They have not damaged any other parts in any way, just this same part that fractures in the same place every time. I have tried a cf front chassis but that shattered from a bad landing of a jump, lesson learnt, but there must be a cheaper alternative that provides a similar protection. I saw people having metal on the underside of the car, is this effective and does anyone have a bottom piece hanging around? I could use a template and ask someone to plasma cut it from a piece of galv. Steel which should reinforce the chassis. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
