lol i'm not sticking up for the dvla/goverment, you had no tax/insurance and you knew this and the fact it's illegal, you pushed/drove the car onto the road and left it knowing it was wrong to do so, you got caught, your vehicle towed and your upset they didn't give you a warning. Even if it was pushed still chance of accident happening and you would habve been in eben more hot water. The cost of the fine would have covered a months tax and insurance. If you do get your money back hope you spend it on taxing/insuring the car.

If I do get the money back itl be going on household bills lol. The way it is really big guy wins little guy loses, a warning would of been nice.
