hi
I'm after a job lot of acme condor spares, especially after a OWB, air filter and bodyshell.
also on the look out for a dirt cheap RX/TX in 2.4ghz flavour.
send me a PM as I dont check the forum regularly.
thanks
Thought I had better turn my RC grass mound back into a HPI Baja fast forward a lengthy and boring rebuild + a few little mods and additions: Thanks for looking
I wish silverback would make some slightly more aesthetically pleasing wheel designs.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that, but this beholder says they are fugly. I'd settle for plain dished even!
Shame as they are an awesome product otherwise.
The diff in my virus 2 (bought new) were bone dry, luckily I stripped it down after running in and filled with diff oil.
I had no further problems after that.
Naughty of annsman really.
Should do mate, best ask the guys in the nitro forum though to be sure.
Edit: seems it does: http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/topic/133350-trophy-truggy-46-with-new-jammin-jp-4-pipe/
I'm glad you said that too! Was going to buy (brand TBC) body shell and a Proline under tray :/ they ain't cheap either!
Would love to hear others opinions
I'm considering buying a clear KM shell from RCModelz as it's a tenner cheaper then HPI/proline.
If they are brittle rubbish though obviously I will stump up for a better one. Please advise with your experiences.
Also what's more hardy? HPI or proline?
I've made 8 or so orders with the international warehouse (uk never has anything I want in stock)
They have all taken between a month and 6 weeks to arrive. It's very rare the tracking numbers work, infact I think they only did on the very first order I placed with them.
AsiaTees however (Far East also) are usually here in a week for similar postage charges. They also have fantastic customer service.
HobbyKing does some great stuff at good prices..... Just prepare for a very long wait when ordering.
A hardened steel pin has fallen out of my after market HPI Baja brake setup.
I'm in need of a 3x24mm pin please
A quick google showed that the Traxxas Revo Suspension uses a similar pin, but I'm sure loads of stuff does.
Thanks
