  3. Well I have a complete chassis with engine. Will send you some pics later.
  4. What sort of budget are you looking at? And it would have to be via post as Im quite far away.
  5. May want to check out the new 5t clone from King Motors.

Just above the football pitches to the left is a steep bank with steps, great for launching trucks. Comes up on google maps as option c - Chosen Park.?????
  7. Would need to get a charger for the battery pack. Modelsport do a 6v hump pack and charger for about 15 bucks. If your struggling running the truck, put up a quick video of it on here. Sure they boys can help you out.
  8. Battery pack:- http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/101936-HPI-Plazma-6-0V-1600mAh-Nimh-Receiver-Pack-Hump-Pack-Battery-NIP/371133203439?_trksid=p2141725.c100204.m3164&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140407115239%26meid%3D390e8f55ddeb4ed2aa2ca9a7603513dd%26pid%3D100204%26prg%3D20140407115239%26rk%3D8%26rkt%3D30%26sd%3D221044078149
  9. Hobbyking and Wheelspin are pretty decent to deal with, never had any issues with orders. The hump pack on ebay, not sure, but try RC Geeks on ebay. Had some stuff off them without any bother.
  10. No real benefit from a side mounted exhuast to be honest. Would benefit from a better exhaust though.
  11. These plugs have always worked well for me, regardless of the nay sayers:- http://www.hobbyking.co.uk/hobbyking/store/__20230__HobbyKing_Glow_Plug_No_4_MEDIUM_HOT_.html Hump pack wise, cant go too far wrong with these:- http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/221044078149?limghlpsr=true&hlpv=2&ops=true&viphx=1&hlpht=true&lpid=108&chn=ps&device=c&adtype=pla&crdt=0&ff3=1&ff11=ICEP3.0.0-L&ff12=67&ff13=80&ff14=108&ff19=0 Springs (Associated MGT 4.6 is identical to the MTA4 S28):- http://www.wheelspinmodels.co.uk/i/7591/
  12. Get yourself a hex driver set. Also get a 6v hump pack, far better than the 4x AA holder thats normally with it. Red firm springs for the shocks to improve the handling a little bit. Threadlock for the drive cup pins and wheel nuts that will eventually work themselves loose. If you have any spare cash, you may want to consider upgrading the poor stock exhaust. A side mount manifold is a good start, runs the exhaust down the side of the truck rather than at the back of the motor.
  13. Search the forum mate, theres a huge MTA4 owners thread. Loads of good tips and advice in there.
  14. Check your drive cups. The small screws that sit through the cup and drive shafts are know to work loose and fall out. Im pretty sure this has been covered earlier on in this thread with photos? Take a look.
  15. My S28 wheelies on demand too...........if I boot it hard up the rear end.
  16. Extra tank has not made any visable difference on my s28. I run mine in parrallel. By y-links off ebay for pennies, link exhuast to both inlets of each tank and the ssaame for the fuel outlets to the fuel inlet nozzle on the carb. Everyone will say series is better, but Ive had no issues with parrallel and seem to get a bit more run time than series. Either use two nyloc nuts or just threadlock them. I pinched a bit of threadlock from work and havent had any problems since.
  17. Depends how your setting up your tanks, in series or parrallel. Safe bet is to stick with another MTA4 fuel tank. They do fit with a bit of persuasion. M5 I believe is the wheel nut size your after. Get on ebay, loads on there for pennies.
  18. Not long fitted a S50 to mine, so may still have the S28 sitting around somewhere (provided I decided to keep it for spares). Will have a look when I get home from work.
  19. Played beta for the two weeks on PS4. Couldnt help but think Borderlands to some extent. Good, but dont think Im that excited about it. Its all about The Division.
  20. If anyone is tempted by this advert on Gumtree, stay away. The seller is full of faeces as this was previously my car and its far from new like the owner is claiming.

It could be as said tho he said hes had it for 2yrs. Like me and my revo I got that extremely well used and over the last 2.5yrs just been upgrading it and adding new parts. Mayb 5% of the truck is what I started with. It is now like new yet old lol. The ad also says hes got another s28 for bashing mayb he's put some of your old parts on to this one? It does seem a waste to shelf an rc but its easily done I just hope one day I have bash buds and decent bash grounds to start abusing my muc...

He hasnt had it for two years though, he only bought it off my April of this year. The truck is totally as it was when I sold it to him. All hes done is cable tie the fuel line to tidy things up.

  21. Yep, VITA remote play is awsome. I was palying Battlefield in the bath. PLus the option to use it as a second controller is a nice touch. On the controller aside, the PS4 controller isnt too bad, but microsoft always seem to produce a much sturdier, more quality feel to thier controllers. Wonder if thrid party companies are going to pick up on this?
