Evening guys, after some of your master DIY skills,been wallpapering the hallway today I removed the coat rail that was put on the wall by builders five years ago (its a fairly new build) and they had used some adhesive on it so when I removed it took the paint and the top layer of plaster with it. I removed all the loose peeling bits around it but now need to repair it so I can wallpaper, what's the easiest way to repair it? I did try some pollyfilla but found out that's not gonna work as it just doesn't set properly, so is there something I can apply first to the whole area then apply filla, or am I going completely the wrong route? The surface is a bit like rough cardboard at the moment. Cheers

Yeah I was reading a thread on it a little while ago looked pretty good.

Bought my 4 year old the mt ion and I can't fault it at the moment he's still not managed to break it and he's had it 6 months! Plenty of spares available but not sure on upgrades not really looked into them yet as said its not broke so far,sure he will soon though as lately he's been turning the power up as he's got used to controlling it. And if he ever gets bored of it or wants something bigger I can put a brushless conversion in it which I'm dying to do! Sure your son and you will enjoy it, il give it 3 weeks and your have a post on this forum asking what model you should buy for yourself[emoji16]

Updated pics with some better wheels that will come with the buggy so ignore the bald tyres, forgot to mention in case some people didn't know already that although its a 1/10 buggy kyosho fitted 1/8 size wheels so are 17mm hex.

There is a little movement in price mate yeah collection or posted so will entertain offers but won't take crazy ones unless I've still got it in a few weeks time and really want it gone then.

Selling my kyosho DBX brushless buggy, bought it nearly 2 years ago from modelsport its not seen loads of use as I don't always get a lot of time at moment, it comes complete with original box manual instructions radio gear spare shock tower and original wheels (although these have no tyres on) just needs lipos and ready to go. I bought this as my first car and its got me hooked so can't be too bad! I'm only selling as I prefer 1/8 size and looking to buy a hyper st or trophy truggy, so money will go towards that. It has an Orion 2400kv motor and 60a 2-3s esc I mainly ran it on 2s but have used 3s, the chassis has usual scratches underneath from where I've used it on gravel overall the cars in pretty good condition and is standard, the only thing I've changed is the wheel hex adapters were plastic and kept breaking so I fitted metal ones, also the radio tray at the front has two cracks either side were it screws in to chassis shown in photos,doesn't affect it in anyway and the part is only

Lovely thanks mate, if I win it il keep my eyes peeled for a ss mount, remember the conversion kits being sold out a lot of the time when doing my buggy.

Yeah I've got a brushless 7 and read the losi trays the better option, so im better off with the ss mount, when you say requires modding is that the mount or the battery tray or both?

Hi guys, I'm bidding on an st pro roller at the moment for a brushless conversion, are the brushless conversion kits the same ones as the hyper 7 uses?

Just been on modelsport I like the look of that, might consider it,on back order at moment though no rush at min. Although if I see a good hyper st in the meantime I might have to get it.

Yeah don't think postage wait would be massive issue think its more the stock availability, as if you have to wait 2 weeks for something to come in stock then 2 weeks for delivery could get frustrating.

So parts could still be bought, wonder what stocks like though, I've got a kyosho buggy that has a few places that sell parts but can be often out of stock so have to wait a while sometimes.

That's what I thought, wondered how they compared to the hyper, just worried about parts,hopefully someone will be able to point us in the right direction soon.

I'm looking to buy a 1/8 truggy over next few months narrowed it down to a hyper st or hpi trophy, but just been looking on modelsport and seen the virus kit is down to 119, I'm aware that ansmann is no longer trading but are parts still available? Or has someone else bought them out? If parts are gonna be a pain or its not a very good truggy il steer well clear but just thought id see what peoples opinion was before I decided to avoid.
