I changed from 30000 in the centre diff to 100000 and the difference is night and day!! Its has completely stopped my front wheels spinning up..oh by the way this is in a electric converted hyper St pro running on 5s with a Sirius 1800kv 1518 motor. The thicker oil is defo the way to go in my opinion, Best of luck.....

Thanks Neil that really clears it up for me. I just hooked a 120a trackstar esc to the problem motor and its working fine in sensorless mode!! I leave it as it is and never bother with sensored motors again!!! I can't believe just plugging the sensor wire in with the wires in the wrong way can kill the esc!! considering you can justvswap them over with no sensor wire. If i knew that i wouldn't of risked it!! Thanks again for your help. You sure know your stuff!!!

How would the lead do this to an esc?? From what I've read it can go in sensor mode when the cable is attached and sensorl ess when its removed??but now it won't even register input from channel 2 ..with or without cable or with the new or old motor

No mate I've only got senorless motors other that the trackstar I've just got..i did tell this to hobbyking live support last night, they were just blaming the esc having compatibility issues...but now my esc isnt working with anything!! Not even on its on its like its been tripped and won't re-boot...

Yeah, I've even tried to power the esc on with just the battery conected on the work bench...and still nothing????strange!!! Both esc worked fine before i plugged the sensor cable in...

Hi guys this is really baffling me now!! I recieved my new trackstar 2350kv sensored motor from hobbying yesterday. Came with its own sensor lead..ok so i installed it in stampede 4x4 hooked it up to my xerun 80a esc and gave it a quick test..turned on fine and seemed to work fine. Then i plugged the sensor lead in and tried to turn it on again and that's were my problems start!! The esc fan powers up and works..steering works but nothing else does now...no esc lights atall it won't enter setup mode the motor/esc dosent admit the lipo beep count!! Its like channel 2 has stopped working completely..so i then tried my 150a xerun ..same thing happened works fine but when i plugged sensor cable in its lost everything on channel 2 and no lights...not even when you turn it on theres nothing just thebfan going round!!! Any one got any ideas??? I've tried the ezrun program card in it which worked fine on the xeruns but now that just shows dashes and won't let me program anything!! How messed up...two great esc s now not working because i plugged a sensor cable in??? Any helped ideas would be greatly appreciated...thanks guy's

Oh the quad track sounds very interesting!! I'll Defo try get the van parked up next time. I can always pass through that way with work so next nice day I'll try it out...it's pretty lame in Ruthin for bashing spots always got to drive somewhere to get a decent run. Be cool to meet you down at pontins or frith but now the weathers turning itll been hard to arrange a time with a dependable day!!might catch u there next time we get some sun....

The little road opposite the cafe. Pretty much takes you into the quarry..there's a grassy bit with some deepish tracks and jumps..not very big but you can just enter the quarry from there..there is some pretty big trails inside and never seen anyone working there. Just a few lads on trail bikes messing around. Im in halkyn this morning and have come across another quarry type place..just has little walk around it and looks pretty good, less rocks and more grass..

I know ...i bought the model up aswel the lx60b charger and thats rated at 6 amps but can only manage under 4amps charging my 4s !! But does charge me 2s lipos at 6 amps. Think to charge at a good amp rating you need to spend good amount of cash!! Imagine doing a 6s lol

I've used that charger mate to charge my 4s lipo . Takes ages, it will only charge them at about 2 amps. So charging 2 x 2 cell lipos at the full 4 amps works out the same time

I've got the same kinda problem mate on my hyper 7 electric conversion..i noticed my servo saver spring was loose and right on the chassis of the buggy. I've since tightened it up half way from the chassis and the top mount just haven't tested it yet to see if its helped!!!i hope it has cos it pulls rslightly right all the time. Im using a savox 1256 for the steering ...anyways might be worth checking the spring i presume the 1/8 buggys run similar steering setups.
