The reason its hard to start is because your running it on factory recommended settings ... havnt you tuned it ?
Screw the LSN clockwise 1/4th so its easier to start then continue to tune it.
Ie ... Start with the HSN - go in 1/8th increments checking that theres plenty smoke and performace is increasing with each turn, when it stops producing smoke and no performance increase is noticed, thats the HSN tuned , if i were you i'd unscrew it 1/8th from there so it runs slightly rich untill you get used to tuning properly.
The LSN probs wont need much tuning.
the Idle will need to be adjusted, just make sure its enough to keep a high idle without it moving by itself.
P.S. Tornado 25% will be fine in your engine.
Midi, dont advice people to do things that arnt correct, doing this will only end him up with a bad start for tuning.
I'm sure the guy isnt a racer !
