Assuming this is the EP Pureten Fazer series, all can be found by doing a quick Google. I would post the link but I ain't that good.

It would appear to me that what you have shown is "slop" in the steering and is normal. The stock steering is sloppy from factory but can rectified via the use of shims in the right places. I had a sprint2flux myself but the slop never really bothered me so I just left it as is.

Bought for my son and was played with once or twice then stuck on a shelf, I can tell visually that there is a few bits missing, so I would say it's around 95% complete. Excavator rotates boom goes up/down and also in/out, tracks are complete and work as they should, gearbox works and also the control wheel on the rear. As said before, this has been sat on a shelf for quite sometime so it will be dusty, there is also some paint flecks on a few connectors. No box or instructions.

I find the stock tyres are a great all rounder for the blitz so I would get the maxxis trepador's, I've run them on Tarmac, concrete, all-weather pitch and of course grass and they are great.
