The file is corrupted. Uninstall it. Reboot. See if it doesn't pop up again. If it still pops up, check win.ini and also startup group. Once all is OK, install MSN

I've been driving around St Andrews Business Park and from what I can see, the best site is the Marko car park as there are plently of flat spaces. Plus on the other side of the road, there are plently of hills for jumping, but is a little muddy. Obviously it's because it was raining when I was there. So a possible site for Norwich peeps.
