  1. I am wanting to race 1/10th 4wd mod class and wanted to know the best rated motor to get? I was told the lower turn rate the better. And would a 10.5 turn be in that class or stock class?? Please help
  2. i sold it a while agoe, and as above there cheaper now. but get the uber setup its 10x better
  3. Hey guys Considering selling the newly built beast to releases one cash. It's a recently new chassis, standard electrics and engine. Upgrades are nrp steering, samba, 990 carb. It will come with a white set of mcd wheels and tyres or stocks if preferred. The shell is the new grafil shell. How ever I do have the front and rear bumpers if you wanted to buy a body and make back to a truck This looks a beast and is really nimble but still can be bashed all day and still running. Don't forget it's a losi!!!
  4. No sorry bud unless it was a good offer I would prefer to keep a whole car. What's ya offer
  5. Selling or will swap for a nitro. Hpi blitz truck with hot racing braces. Decent steering servo. Etronix 4350kv 9turn motor and esc. 3s compatible. Great truck and I will include 2 battery's 1 3s and 1 2s to get you going. Body is in ok condition but does have a few battle scars. It really shifts on 3s and even has a waterproof body cover to keep everything dry.
  6. Mcd 180mm wheels with cut 155mm tyres hold together no problems and great for tracks
  7. It's what came in the engine and I haven't changed from what was new. I haven't got the other head and isolator block to check but I am sure that it's the same style of gasket. Wonder why or if it's the wrong one been fitted when made. Strange. Would people say this is a failure of carb settings or a defect?
  8. It didn't help that the coil dropped on the 2nd engine aswell.. Looking further were the 2 bolts hold the isolater block at either side they arnt is were it looks if fuel has passed through and air I would presume
  9. It does tbh I noticed that. The bits are defo alloy fragments and melted to it both inside the head and top of piston but mostly exhuast outlet side. The engine is a obr well both are. ??
  10. All brand new on both of the engines, even new carbs and filters with outer wears. I haven't messed as 2nd engine to fail
  11. That's the standard gaskets fitted from the manufacture don't really want to say brand but it's a big one for most bashers. Obviously I only race with them and at the mo there not holding up to it and it's very costly. The carb settings were as said and fuel mix bang on as previos heads had failed last year and was instructed to adjust. Here is a different branded engine with same settings
  12. I used to run that sort of mix but was getting more build up so was told to lessen the mix. Which I have done. It's fine for abit then this happened. It's the 2nd engine to do it to which makes me question if it's a duff batch of heads or pistons???
  13. Nitro man what do you mean by that could that be manufacture error from the head or wrong carb settings which it was running a 990 with low 1 1/8 and high 1 5/8. ???
  14. It had a run in. Then had new plug and check. Then ran about 20mins in pratice. Then 1 heat of 10mins then failed 5 mins into 2nd heat. And sorry the mix is 28/1. The engine is 2 weeks old ;(
  15. Hey guys just wanted some opinions on the cause of failure on the engine. I have ran with a 990 carb and stock carb settings. Run 27/1 fuel ratio with castor 927 oil. There is loads of little pieces of metal on the inside. And a nice center burn mark on the piston. Any help greatly welcomed Cheers
  16. Prices reduced peeps send me your offers
  17. No sorry mate just the set but they are the 185mm ones just need another pair and the rims
