The motor and ESC run pretty much cold so I think its under geared at the moment

I have the 2014 Hpi blitz flux which I did a top speed run with and found out it does 30mph (used my phone app). The standard gearing is 18/88 The electronics are flux emh-3s ESC and flux mmh-4000kv motor. I would like to get 35-40mph on a 2s lipo and so I was thinking about getting either a 20 or 22t pinion would this be the correct gear.

Its fine now. Turned out it was the pins behind the ESC that the fan plugs into had water on them so it was messing with it.

You see, the problem is that after washing the car with a low pressure hose pipe (which was at least a foot away from the car) I turned it back on when it was dry and the ESC light lit up red for a split second and then went off. The servo still turns though so I'm not sure if its broken

Ive recently bought a Hpi Blitz Flux and was wondering if it would be OK to wash the car (battery excluded) with a hose pipe. I've heard of Traxxas Vxl electronics being submerged and still working. Would the Flux EMH-3S and MMH-4000 ESC and motor be able to survive this?

Max capacity setting is only for NiMH batteries on my charger. Both cells end up at 4.2v each when charging has finished and the only recent LVC change I made was from 3.0 to 3.2v per cell to try and extend the life of my batteries The lipo is frequently used, I used it yesterday until LVCAlso every charge and discharge cycle the charger is showing less and less mah being put into the battery

My 2S 5000mah overlander battery is only taking 3000mah. My charger shows that it is only putting 3000mah into it and I can tell the difference in runtime compared to my new battery. Does anyone know why the battery isn't taking a full charge anymore

Tried the etronix one and its not great quality the wires keep breaking and the nosram one doesn't have the balance plug
