Hi all Got a hyper 7 yesterday, give it a good charge as every thing was dead, got it to run but for some reason it was running flat out Was able to get it to idle properly but my control would not allow me to rev it or turn the wheels Also the pull start won't rewind, so went to put the spare on and that sprung open so put the old one back on for now, but when I remove the glow plug it works a lot better not prefect, so having to use the starter box but even that takes a bit to start the car Anyone able to help

Good news the car starts, pull starts I bet gritty but got a spare one there so that'll be changed

I would try it my self tbh plus investing in a tap and die set would be a good thing, try find a local machine shop? i know its only a small job but would make a nice contact for the future?

best to try get them drilled and re-tapped im a engineer and id prefer to re-use the same holes in any case but dont know anything about RC cars just my thoughts

Batteries are dead unfortunetly but it did start then cut out, but its needing the pin that goes through the drive shaft into the hub Will go looking in the Internet for them tonight

I hate electrics on everything so it's nothing against the cars, I know how to change oil and filters so that's no worries, Was really hoping for a kit but if I'm better going rtr then so be it

Think ill stick to the 1/10 then can't stretch my budget that high yet, could maybe push 300 at the most

Would prefer nitro, hate electrics on any thing Budget wise was hoping not to spend over 200 Hopefully I know it's not a lot but don't want to spend loads on something I will must likely destroy lol Size I'm not fussed not to small maybe 1/5 I'm open to all help and second hand options
