Wired a link cable into key fob camera ready for the viper Then waited all day on the postie to deliver the much needed viper spares ......... which never turned up Really hate being grounded !!

Had same issue before with drive pin working out .Found if you chap it back in it will just work back out again. I reverted to taking the whole pin out and tightening up the hole by giving it a few taps with a hammer on a vice,before replacing the pin. Been ok since

Quick querie lads , hubsan motors ... Is it ok to use a blue / red wired motor in place of a black / white wired motor ? Do you just need to swap over polarity connections when soldering for the correct rotation ??? Any advice would be appreciated Cheers

Nice pipe ! I chopped the end off a spare allen key for a perfect fit on the awkward bolt . Found I got a better purchase when nipping it up tight than I could with a ball hex

Bits came in today. Rebuilt the 5ive with new rear and centre drive cups ,new bearings, fresh oil ,new boots and driveshaft pins Drivetrain back to silky smooth

Started cleaning ... And made a to do list : Renew centre drive cups / bearings Renew rear diff cups / bearings Renew brake discs Renew drive shaft pins Renew boots

Cheers mate ,yeh it was the main power cord between the two plugs Have repaired it but just doesn't look neat Will be keeping it indoors from now on TA

Nice 'simplez' charger , tad noisy fan ...... The cold got to mine , cracked the 240v power cord sleave and broke the internal wiring when unravelling it ..... Can you get spares ??

Nah ...it'll just get cracked again ! Was at Westcoast on Friday and it was more like banger racing than racing !

Think you've been right unlucky Rich , as you know I've been running twin Hitecs (touch wood) with no probs I've got just the one link rod between the two servos and have set it up with a slightly looser fit ,not a rattle fit but there is some play in it Just an after thought ... Might be worth checking your servo saver is not set too stiff ??
