    Don't use too much or the separate layers could move against each other. Obviously it depends on how much glue the tape has, if it has a lot then they could slide against each other. If its low tack tape you'll be fine. Not sure if you know this but it may come in handy at some point..... If you need to drill a hole to a certain depth measure the depth, then measure that depth against your drill bit and use electrical tape as your marker. Just wrap it around the drill bit at the depth you need and when the tape meets the object being drilled the drill bit will stop cutting because the tape fouls the cutting edges. I hope that makes sense? Ive found it very useful over the years.

      Fit it with cable-ties and gaffa tape. When properly setup, you have a system that cleans your baja while you get it dirty. yours will be spotless at the end of the bash. Switch the feed to GT85 and job done.

    If your concerned about the drill bit slipping, someone mentioned masking tape. Masking tape the area your holes need to be, Mark the position of the holes on the masking tape and drill through it. The masking tape should give the drill bit enough purchase so as not to slip around everywhere. Or you could mark the position of the holes and use a small nail and hammer to make an indentation where the holes need to be, this will also make it harder for the tip of the drill bit to stray.

      Your all lucky. I can't do it at all so basically I can't use my baja without a killswitch. I can't get a killswitch without paypal. I can't use paypal so I can't use my baja. So much stress just for a small electrical circuit. Might just sell my baja and give up, driving me loopy.

      i suppose you could just make up a buisness, they didnt ask me for any recipts or anything. Allthough I do have a buisness banking account as well. But for the most part anything i sell on ebay gets paid to my normall account not the buisness one.

    I just read the whole thing and I agree with bazookajoe, the wording of his policy suggests to me that he is covered any where at any time. One of the pages even says about the cover fun users QUOTE "not track racers" get with the cover! If he isn't covered "anywhere at anytime" (as the policy paper work clearly states) the wording used is very misleading and needs to be changed before someone who thinks they are covered finds out they aren't covered. The hard way.

    I noticed this post earlier so I spoke to my mate. My mates pork and he said unless there are signs specifically stating "no radio controlled vehicles" then there are no laws applying to the use of remote control vehicles on council owned or privately owned land. Remote control is the important bit, they don't carry/transport people like mini motos and trials bikes etc so we are free to use them on council owned land. Private land with the land owners permission is obviously ok. Like some have said, as long as we are sensible no body can complain. If you see a dog owner not clearing up after their dog run them over (the person not the dog).

    AHH MAN... I cant use my baja without a killswitch but for the killswitch to work (when I buy one) im gonna have to buy new radio gear too humpf :-(

      Most 2-stroke oils will be fine.I use klotz from mmr or kobra rock oil. :).
