ive had the same trouble

ok ive been fiddling the guy at the shop said try just setting the fail safe so that it doesn't brake when i turn the transmitter off it just goes neutral so ive turned everything on but not engine , then pulled the throttle trigger and turned tx off it seems to go to neutral every time i do this so seems ive cracked it and if i want it to brake aswell when fail safe engages i have to set this last question should the failsafe engage when the rx starts running low as im guessing there is no power for it to do this itself am i right?

so is there any one else with a hyper that does this? just spoke to the guy in my local shop and he said it should be programmable and not have to be set everytime i turn everything on

hi i have a hyper black with built in fail safe how do i know if its working or not i have instructions for the radio gear but i found them useless as i cant understand what they actually say

how does a starter box work then not like the rota start? is that what there called rota starts cant remember without looking at an online shop lol

i seem to be a bit of a pro at fixing pull starts now haha

think i had to fix the pull start about 3 or 4 times today got it going and managed to run 2 tanks through at a quarter throttle then ran out of time as i don't want to annoy the neighbours too much so will have to take it somewhere tomorrow to take it to the next level

i thought that may be an issue as it didnt recoil when i quickly tested it so i went to take it off again and as i loosened it it shot back in, i will find out when i try and start it later on

just ordered a spare pull starter for my hyper 7 black from model sport does anyone know if it comes with the screws to mount it. also i have repaired my current pull start twice haven't tested to see if its holding up since fixing it again anyone else have trouble with these pull starts it didn't stop recoiling it had actually come loose and fallen off whilst running it in and now just isn't the same since repairing it

i have the hyper black mine has been a nightmare to start , run in two tanks at idle then went to run in at quarter throttle was a pain to start then when we had it running about the engine cut out and the pull start had come completely off not snapped or any thing like that but 2 screws gone and was left with fixing the pull start which since then doesnt seem to be the same. but persistence is the key, but the blisters are not good:(

i thought i better introduce myself im reece im from bedford, i recieved delivery of my hobao hyper 7 black edition today or technically yesterday now as its gone 12 im new to all this so i will be asking many questions i will try and find the answer on here before posting as ive noticed you all hate answering the same questions as you get the same stuff asked all the time. anyone from around the bedford area? o and also how the hell do you pronounce hobao???? anyone?.
