There is nothing wrong with the rtr's for racing, my boys race these bi-weekly and are tough as old boots and in the right hands could win club a finals

They both have Losi 8ights now, picked a couple up second hand, so that will do them for now. Let's see how they go this weekend

Have at any point you have left the lid off the bottle of nitro fuel, it evaporates really quickly, and if the Niro evaporates away the fuel is useless, a friend had this happen with some heli fuel, we could not get his heli running right at all, and then later realised his special lid he uses with pump connections leaked air, changed to a new pot of fuel, all sorted

Yeh be very carefully in a confined area, not a good idea, no room for escape. Had a couple of hot starts, always scary, and put my fingers through the prop of my sons nitro plane once, that hurt and ended in a few stitches

Yeh b final win was a surprise, had never run that car til that morning as well, hopefully one of my sons will be using that one at the weekend, there ansmann viruses got a bit beaten up last time

I will be there, hopefully with everything working this time

I have been running the opti 25 race SLV and is superb, does not smoke anymore than any others at the track and has bags of power and speed from low end right up to top end flat out

Quite impressed with the ansmann engines, my lads virus 2 get very abused and just keeps going and going

Hoping my Losi will have the final fix needed so I can race this time, really enjoyed the free practise runs I had yesterday

Just wanted to say a big thanks to you all, expecially Paul for helping me with my losi and tunning, and confirming i wasnt going mad with the carb sticking, so strip down and hopefully might have it sorted by next race meeting
