  1. Hi folks, i've decided to give up on the RC stuff, as I just don't ever seem to get out with it... And need some cash! So here we have some EST-BL brushless gear: Specs from here: Fleabay listing 140852425430 (Not mine) ----------------------------------------- First up is a full RTR EST-BL brushless (Xmax ESC) kit, complete with Overlander 3200mah battery. Connectors have been changed to EC3. This has seen very little use, with perhaps the odd dink here and there. Boxed with instructions. ------------------------------------------ Second is ANOTHER full RTR EST-BL brushless (Xmax ESC) kit, this time with a Turnigy 5000mah battery. Connectors have been changed to EC3. This has seen very little use, with perhaps the odd dink here and there. I have moved the on/off switch to the side of the frame on this. The body on this is brand new. Boxed. ------------------------------------------ Third up is a roller EST-BL. This includes most of the original parts, excluding a front wishbone and a front part i don't know the name of! Comes with wheels and tyres, brushless Xmax motor, servo, and everything else you see, all unused. This will also come with the tastefully (Not) General Lee body, which has a bit of a crack in it, so consider that a freebie! ------------------------------------------ Fourth is a 45a ESC to go with the above kits, brand new in packaging. ------------------------------------------ Fifth is an Elysium LX60B pro Integrated balancer charger - I used this to charge the lipos, but will also charge other battery types. Lot includes a safe bag. ------------------------------------------ I'd very much like for these to go as a single lot, but may be prepared to split if the offer is right.
  2. I have a T-23... Swapped the battery for a heavier one, but haven't tried it yet because of the weather!
  3. I have one of these: http://www.wheelspinmodels.co.uk/i/67918/ And one of these: http://www.wheelspinmodels.co.uk/i/67917/ The ESC is packaged and unopened, the motor is unused, but not packaged. Not sure of a price, so make me an offer if you're interested.
  4. It's a Step-Up Stinger EST-BL... Same as the one in the sales section (I have two) Very fast, actually, being brushless, but don't have time to get out with one, let alone two of them!
  5. I don't rate them at all... A counter-made pizza from Asda tastes much better, and costs a fraction of the price!
  6. I can only imagine it would be extremely fiddly, with corners etc, not sticking properly... Trying to cut intricate shapes and matching contours would be a nightmare. Can't see any positives over paint? I reckon it would look a bit naff in reality.
  7. ******** weather round here just isn't much good for getting out with anything other than an RC boat! The ESC on my RC isn't waterproof, and one fried last year after driving into a deep puddle! Just when we get a decent day, the ground is still sodden from the previous days' rain, and then rains the next day, too! Rant over for now
  8. Test it out... Get a mate to check the responses at a distance.
  9. Nice! I'm not sure if this video makes me want a 1/5th scale or a decent camera I didn't really want either before
  10. Err... 3-1 was the prediction lol... Still time!!!
  11. Hmm... Need to check... Either 2-1 or 2-0 The accumulator is just for the win.
  12. England better win... I have a correct score and accumulator bet on them
  13. Co-Codamol was the only thing that shifted my toothache. Tried Tramadol, but it spaces you out
  14. I prefer sticks, too... Maybe I just haven't had enough practice with the wheel.
  15. As title... Years ago, the traditional 'stick controller', was the norm for RC cars... Now it always seems to be the pistol style. Are stick controls even an option for bundles any more? I know you can buy radio sets separately, and retro fit them, but I'd really rather not have to spend the extra! Anybody?
  16. The close-pursuit clips are great... Right up, tailgating another car (preferably nitro so you get the smoke), bits of debris being kicked up into the camera...Cool
  17. I've had electrics and nitros... Now I have brushless, and the car will run 1st time every time, and three li-pos will last me as long as my attention span will Doesn't stop me poring-over the HPI Firestorm nitro... Still swithering as to whether or not i'd use a nitro. I'm guessing not, simply because of the noise and hassle factor, coupled with the fact i'm just not an engine dabbler. Choose what suits your circumstance
