  1. I guess I'l make the letters bigger!
  2. Traxxas is pretty good at scaling down (see MERV), if they would scale down the 1/16 line again, they would have micro's! Did you sign the petition?
  3. I already emailed Traxxas about this petition two weeks ago and they said they'l make them if there's enough interest. This petition was rarely viewed until I posted it...
  4. You don't get it. A Traxxas Micro E-Revo, Slash 4x4, Rally, E-Maxx or Summit would totally outperform the Losi. Almost all Traxxas stuff is more durable then Losi. The Traxxas Micro Trucks would be 4wd vs 2wd. And so on... PS: You don't have to quote a post above you.
  5. I mean cars that can actually drive in your living room and your front garden. The MERV is way too large for that.
  6. There has been a Traxxas Micro Models petition going on for a while now. Micro Models means a Micro E-Revo, a Micro Slash 4x4, a Micro Rally (and scale replica's), a Micro E-Maxx and a Micro Summit. Sign the petition (name, email and comments) if you want one. You can find the petition here: http://www.PetitionOnline.com/Qwertyui/petition.html With kind regards, Rcforme. PS: This petition is not mine so please don't blame me if you have a problem with it.
  7. Here's a video of it driving at the No Limit RC Finals:
  8. What body is that and how did you mount it? I need a Rustler VXL now!
  9. I just took some 15mm wide zip-ties and some velcro and made a rear end roll cage for my MT. It looks awesome and will fly off partially in a hard crash. It would also be pretty cool on the track. You drive it, have a crash, the roll cage hangs behind the car and you drive into the pit lane. You press the velcro back on and off you go!
  10. I already got it off. My Bullet will be running again in about a week.
  11. Wow! I didn't know you could threaten RC's so badly. I felt a pain right from the center of my heart when he dropped the ultra heavy 1/5 on the touring car...
  12. I got the e-clip off by putting a flat head screwdriver in a slot, turning it and pushing the e-clip off. Now I have another problem: I can't get the bearing, diff cup and that gear on the inside of the ring gear off. Anybody who knows how?
  13. Just tried that, didn't work for me...
  14. I'm taking apart my Bullet because of a broken ring gear, but I can't get those pesky little e-clips off . Anybody here that knows how to take those off?
  15. @kristian: Yes and looking at the design also tells me a lot. They couldn't have designed it better. I'm going to get it as soon as I have money and they have a cool body or a clear one. The speed of my 1/16 Summit (with custom 9.6V pack from ProMatch) is similar to the speed of the Savage XS, but looking at the footage, the XS will have more control where the Summit goes completely out of control and ends up on it's roof or cartwheels down whatever I'm driving on. If lets say, I drive my SUMV (SUmmit Mini VXL) on the same sand as there (wet and packed) and I accelerate just as gently as the XS did in the video, it would end up on it's roof while the XS (according to what I've seen in the vid) stays planted. PS: If they don't make an SUV body, I'l build some "cargo with a cover" from a clear plate of lexan, some CA, paint and velcro. It would cover the rear body mount, so no more lost clips in the rear!
  16. Yep, I don't know a single HPI car / truck/ buggy / truggy that isn't awesome and crazy durable out of the box! I just hope they'l make SUV style bodies for it! I love SUV's on monster wheels.
  17. I would buy it for the price, I have more money invested in my 1/16 Summit to make it drive well and safely (RPM A-arms, MERV axles, heatsink with fan (for motor), Aluminum shock tower (the plastic one cracks at a light landing), two better batteries (the stock one sucks) and some improvised, non-dremel mods). It costed
  18. Can you post the vids, I can't find them.
  19. No it's not, the Vorza has that weird wingy thing or so on the end of the roof, this one doesn't. Also, this shell has smoother lines and a less steep front window then the Vorza.
  20. Expect the street price to be way lower than the RRP, the updated Savage has an RRP of more than $850.
  21. Did you break 3 suspension arms?! I only understand it if you drive like my brother. He smashed his brand new Traxxas Stampede 4x4 into a metal pole at 40mp/h. Damage: Broken A-arm lost screw (blew out on impact) broken shock tower broken hardened steel link from center shaft to diff and an exploded shock. The sad part: It was on his birthday...
