  3. Im going to go with a neo fighter change the bearings and get a 19 pin steel pinion plus get the metal bridges for the chassis to start with whats your thoughts on this . Also the servo suggested is out of stock any other ones you could suggest also whats a decent radio ? Thanks

  6. I've be been looking at the neo fighter or racing fighter I'm guessing their the same , I'm thinking maybe to start with put some upgrade bearings in and possibly a better motor sport tuned brushed to start with what do you think and what sort of speed would I get . All advice appreciated

Hello , Im looking at getting a Tamiya kit off road dirt buggy type something like the neo scorcher or plasma but wanted a bit of advice , I want something that goes reasonably fast out the box , fun , sturdy but also upgrade-able or if there is a kit that is better . I've never built a car before but i feel this is the way for me to go but i would like some advice on what i would need to be able to do this i want to get the full experience so building ,painting the bodyshell etc would be good . I look forward to your advice , Many thanks

  11. Cheers for the advice,so basically rustler or firestorm its best to go with the brushless versions.I know brushless is faster but as a beginner to all this you would still advise me against brushed. Thanks again for the info
  12. Any thoughts on the Traxxas Rustler waterproof brushed version i like the look of it but i just thought i would ask your opinions. I would be using it for bashing. cheers
