found the best way to start my old one with a choke less carb was a few slow pulls and then a few pulls on the throttle then crank her up

mine is cabletied to the inside of my roof ,, cant be seen with the windows and it and it aint budging at all,, i could if i chose to run a smaller 8th scale hump pack and fit it in my rx box and just take a spare one when i go out as it wouldnt give huge run times

think the typical amount to cut off is 45mm like i have and kept 2 of the pre drilled holes ,, mines just the same llength as a scorpion chassis

well the shorty is near enough done just got to cut the dom clone add a silicone coupler and refit ,, for got to take lots of pics and up date heres some anyway and a pic of here near enough done ,, my mad max hostile clones aint come but got a set of new proline clones off a mate for the bargain price of 2 tins of strongbow lol so they got fitted for now km hd rear tranny plate hpi gear cover and hostile red pins # new nylon arms ,, no brand look nice but will soon be tested if no good will go rpm or kracken pullstart cover shock socks and new tyres tgn outer foam and tgn alloy filter cap ddm air filter outers and turnigy 22kg servo and how she sits till exhaust is fitted and ive brought a million bodyclips oh fitted silverback monkey nuts and uber window clips too so since getting it,, its had the following bits 2" cut from chassis rpm front bumper,, tgn air filter foam tgn alloy filter cap ddm outerwares on filter unbranded outerwars on pullstart nylon arms all round turnigy 22kg t/b servo wheel swapped for the ones that are on window kit and new uber clips, hostile spur gear hpi spur cover with hostile pins km hd y brace and tranny plate custom radio box new hpi shocks on the rear shell switchblade killswitch,, 2 body posts alloy front tower shock socks silverback monkey nuts dom clone pipe the alloy rear tower braces and front brace and tower supports was already on now im just eager to give her a run tomorrow and a good tune and have some fun,, what do you think to my shorty

id buy a hong nor roller off ebay seen hongg nor stuff going pretty cheap on there buy a rtr off ebay cheap, flog the unwanted bits and put the funds towards new motor

right heres a few its i either got with my baja or that have come off my baja that ive exchanged for hopups would like it to all go as one lot 1x pair of rear proline bowties ,, 3 quarters worn 1x pair of rear proline bowties (half worn) 1x pair of rear rovan mt tyres (bowtie clones) run for about 5 mins so near enough new 2x baja rear shocks ,, both have rear springs on and both shock bodies are same size but looks as though 1 has a shorter shaft??? 2x well used integy alloy wheel nuts and 2x unknown alloy wheel nuts,, stock fuel tank cap 1 x rotostart unsure of brand but looks unused (no rotostart bar thouh ) cut down big allen key will work baja arms front rear upper and lower front shock tower and supports rear bottom rollcage parts (sit under pipe) 2 sidepods standard exhaust standard front y brace and rear brace

more bits orderd some red silicone hose so i can cut the pipe so as not to damage the crash in the event of a crash (the crash will happen lol) and a set of madmax hostile clones as not had probs with them in the past

wrapped the rear quick release rollcaage tubes in red carbon wrap still got to do the silver roof plate and debating on doing the windows too

ill be sure to check them out bud ,, main concern is getting all built up and looking half decent ill post up a few pics in a min
