sounds sweet now give us pics π
I've tried loads of times to post pics on here, but for some reason I can't π. I've posted a couple of pics on the Orlandoo builders guild on FB though if you wanna look. π

I've finally got the orange Xo1 running. I've extended to front links so the servo misses the n30 motor, fitted 28mm shocks & the new micro esc. It climbs like a slug π. It's taken a couple of months because I had to wait for parts. But I'm well chuffed nowπ

I glued the electrics into the Xo1 at stupid o'clock this morning. Just waiting on the servos from tiny4x4 & it'll be up and running π

Excellent. Cheers guys π

https://www.jnbatrieu.com/8eninine-lt832b-132-24g-racing-crawler-12kmh-high-speed-rc-toy-car-for-children-p-467817.htm. Found these micro T clones. So I ordered 3 π

Broke the drive shaft on the Orlandoo shogun. They're such an arse to reassemble π

https://www.jnbatrieu.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=467817. I was looking for a 2nd hand micro T . But the prices are bloody ludicrous. But,,,, I found these. I've ordered 3 to keep me & little un occupied during lockdown π

The body panels are an arse. The tiny screws kept disappearing under my finger nails π€£.Β

Oof π³. I'm a mountain biker, but I was literally gritting my teeth at that .

The alloy axles grip rock like velcro. A few Xo1 owners have gone back to the plastic axles & added more weight. But a plastic skid on the pumpkins would work.

I got the micro tx&Rx from tiny4x4 today. The Rx is smaller than any other one I've seen. Ideal for the Orlandoo xo1. Just waiting for the micro ESCs fromΒ AliExpress now π

A bit slow unless you do the 2s conversion. I've had the sc28 for a couple of years. It's got the 2s conversion , been jumped down the stairs etc ,& it's not broke.Β

Built 2 sets of shocks for the doorok & Xo1 & glued 2 tyres on for the Xo1. I've got to scrounge a bit of lead to make some wheel weights for the other 2 Xo1 wheels from somewhere before I can glue the tyres on π€

Gloves help.Β Fox dirt paws are pretty cheap & really comfy.Β A full face helmet is pretty sweaty unless you're going fast. I've got a giro compound lid. ( open face ) I don't even know I'm wearing it π. A decent seat really helps. I had the stock specialized seat on my enduro bike.Β It ruined my bum so much πͺ.Β I got aΒ fabric scoop one & now I can sit down after a ride.Β Padded shorts or the ridiculous looking padded bib shorts are a godsend.Β As for footwear, a pair of walking boots do the job.Β
