Hi Guys, Up For Sale is My AXE ROSSI MAMBA WITH HONG NOR 053 PIPE Its had no more than a gallon of fuel through it, in fact probably a lot less than that. It had the heat cycle run in method done to it which i did for 10 tanks. Its then been used for 2 race meets once at maxbashing and once at dartford. As you would expect the engine still has great compression it cant be turned over from underneath when its in the car and it still locks up on my starterbox (SMD). The Pipe suits the engine very well, it gives the engine lots of bottom end grunt and a good top end as well. Im selling due to being offered a os v spec and the matching pipe at a very good price and the pipe will be perfect when i get my speed v spec. So sadly the mamba is no longer needed and to save it being stuck in my pit box its better i feel someone else gets to use it. I will include a spare glow plug as well. The fuel used on the engine has been Byron 25% Please be aware the clutch is NOT INCLUDED Pictures are below The retail price of all this is £175 Ive done the hard part in the running in and the initial stress of owning an engine from new. Had a great time at drt summer series rd 1 yesterday, although i found out some very important points about racing for the first time as well, 1. Never change a setup when you do well on what you had i made some minor mods to see if it would help, and the answer no it didnt at all 2 heats i ran like it and i couldnt do anything right lack of grip lack of steering etc... went back to normal and got an 8 lapper (pretty much a garaunteed a final place) 2. prep work normally im good at this although i only ever do the diffs another lesson learnt i had loose screws in the steering and that caused me a few probs in its on right total lack of steering lastly glow plug if it cuts a few times when running just change it unlike me who decided to just run the plug regardless in the final Apart from that i had a good day and i wont be making the same mistakes again, Also make sure your starter box is easy to identify i had a mare with mine on sunday Some pics of the days abuse on the car My poor st tyres lasted 1 day at Maxbash and 1 day at drt grrrrrr On a happier note tested one of these and all i can say is positive things about them fantastic more to come in the build up to Rd 2 @ MB some fancy bits are on the way The new parts and options are starting to arrive:D The speed is utter gorgeous really cant comment how good it is and the complete set of mugen springs :D

Few bits . Firioni torsen front/rear diff I have a firioni front/rear torsen diff for sale as well its hardly been used by me around 3-4 times, its been bought for the mugen although you will need to use a non helicul cut pinion to use it as far as i know. It can also fit other kits although im not 100% sure what ones so im not going to say and then be shot for getting it wrong it is in mint condition and new these are £120 I want £25 posted for it Hong nor Brick pins on Hellfire wheels I believe these to be hong nor brick pins on hellfire wheels, they have hardly been used and have 99% tread left on them. Following has sold glow plugs £10 glowstarter orion clutch

I dont actually have one as i charge my glowstarts of my normal charger but if you have a glow start charger you can use that

team orion v6 clutch The clutch unit itself is used but in full working order and ive included a Brand new set of clutch shoes £25 (the clutch is nearly £50 in some shops) Fastrax 4500mah glowstarter no:1 A used but fully working glowstarter holds its charge and beyond and hardly ever needs recharging (i averaged 1 charge every 2 months) £10 Fastrax 4500mah glowstarter no:2 As above although this one has a slight defect on the spring as you have to manualy clamp it onto the charger Ie: squeeze the glowstarter fully and then push it forward fully so it charges This doesnt affect its operation though still lights the plugs up £8 A set of 4 Brand new glow plugs As it says 4 brand new turbo glow plugs £10

I have done the neccesary modifications to this car as well to make it as robust and reliable as possible ie: hyper 8 turnbuckles bigger bearings in the front and rear diff rebuilt cvd's by me so no more loosing that bloody pin It also comes with a massive selection of spares as can be seen in the pictures stuff like rear arms bevel gears bearings and lots more..... i am also including a fuel gun, new shell, air filters, wheels and tyres For this whole lot Im only after £260 posted via special delivery (next day) :eek: :eek: More to come........

Well after 6 weeks of use and minimal work i took it upon myself to give the mooogan some love. After all it has given me some great laughs a week later and its looking a lot better but by god has it needed some work ive never spent this amount of time on 1 rc (must be love ) So far ive replaced: Shell wheels engine and pipe numerous screws Ive added: Dual fuel filter set from the states craddock brakes But i have to admit its been worth it and its all ready for race day sunday its gone from to...... finally................... more to come more!!!! The shell is 90% complete more stickers to be added still more to come

just to clarify this point its not the oil that keeps the engine cool its actually the nitro content that keeps the engine cool, the oil is used as lubrication not a cooling aid i pay £27 a gallon for 30% odonnell's

i have an m1b for sale and it will cost you less than 350 id choose the m1b over the 8 as i hate imperial screws and what not but thats just me

The Big One Team Magic M1b Used for a couple of meets so in theory no more than 10 laps in real life more like 7 max its in pristine condition and has been very well looked after, its been built to a very high standard if i do say so myself and i personaly have changed the following parts: it has Hyper 8 turnbuckles rebuilt cvd's all round bearing upgrades in the diffs As you can see it also comes with a mountain of spares including: new rear arms new fuel tank new bevel gears new mud gaurd new bearings new gaskets and o rings new pinions and much more Besides all this i have also bought a new shell at the cost of £22 AND AND I have included a fuel filler gun and some tyres :eek: The cars setup is 7 7 3 and the shocks have 40wght oil in them although i would reccomend a rebuild of the diffs and shocks with new oil. This buggy will make someone very proud and its a shame i have to sell but i want to concentrate on one area of racing this year and it has to be the truggy Pics price £290 thats a massive saving
