  1. Thanks, they had 24hrs to cure but i never checked them afterwards, lesson very well learned silly me.
  2. Took car for a bash on some waste land today and somehow ive managed to lose part of the x-duty MIP front cvd Is there a uk stockist yet does anyone know of? seems the two grub screws near the diff housing on the front have let me down even though i used blue z 42 thread locker. just ordered new front set from power_hobby on ebay who i used before. never had this problem before and spent a good hour me and the wife scouring the ground to find the lost part but no joy. cost me
  3. Thanks for advice peeps. Stripped front end and it was the diff fluid that was very low and used, replaced with new and now all seems good again. No screws or anything missing thankfully, one bearing was turning fine but tight to get off and clean up. All up and running again now and time to take her out again very soon, need a new shell as well because mine is the original and very shall we say `used` lol
  4. Ok cleaning my stampede up for an overdue bashing. Just done the shocks and checked the hexs and chucked a lipo in to test all sounds as it should. When i spin up the wheels whilst its off the ground my left front wheel is taking longer to spin up at the speed of the other wheels and im not convinced it even reaches the same rotation speed. If i spin the wheel by hand it runs freely and doesnt spin the other wheel opposite? Is it likely to be a diff problem or?
  5. wow not been in here for a long time, how is everyone ?
  6. With no interest i will either keep it and see if i get more free time to use it in the summer months or Ebay it.

  10. ok i have a problem now where the grub screw that came for the hex hubs wont screw into the hex so i swapped the ones out of the front packet and they work fine so not sure what i can do with that. thanks for the advice may look into that. Have the rears fitted now.
  11. ignore, sometimes it takes a minute to sink in just what you have done lol, all my bad, all assembled now and ready to fit to truck silly me i didnt realise the thread only worked from one side for the grub screws to fit in doh!
  12. ok got my mips and a 20 pound randsom. But now i have a problem where the little grub screws wont screw into the ball/knuckle end to fix the little bar in place, 2 of the screws are to big ie wide for the hole. I have built one of the shafts fine but the other will not work due to this problem, will i have to wait for another end to come or can anyone suggest something that will work? dont want to have to wait a fortnight or more for a replacement part ..... this is the offending parts
