813 is supposed to be better for speed runs due to internal accelerator jet but 990 for bashing/track and both for ported/modded engines and a 668 for stock engines but lots use and prefer the 668 You can buy them with mods done to them (bearing mod) ect The 990 is same as the 813 but without the internal accelerator jet

Got a losi 5 with a killer rc 7000mah lipo, gonna put savox 0236 in steering and throttle/brake, I'm using flysky gt3b rx/tx with a switchblade. Any issues or anything else I may need? Regulator? Vol****ch?? Fire extinguisher? Lol Cheers

Cut down a stock chassis and get this: http://abbotsrc.co.uk/Search.aspx?m=32760&s=Relevance&i=15&p=1 Tfe also do a throttle/brake servo mounting plate for shorty baja's. You'll need to adapt the throttle/brake linkage too
