All working fine, chassis a bit scuffed up as norm I guess and shell intact but also scuffed, all standard as it came out of box with analogue radio, nimh stick pack and charger

£179 gets you a brand new one......and used, £150 gets you a flux version. That pretty much caps the price for a brushed one.

      Are you buying or selling?

Buying one off a friend maybe for a bit of bashing a cheap truck as my other cars are too mint lol

  4. Engine sounds like its too rich, weaken the mixture a little at a time, the rpm will increase then reduce the idle screw to compensate. With new clutch springs it can only really be that its idling too fast. Doesn't sound like your LHS has a clue? Or try a different plug just because hpi recommend one type doesn't mean its right
  5. Thanks guys, the car ill probably be buying is a rear motor hobbyking BZ-222 Pro http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__87758__BZ_222_Pro_1_10th_2wd_Racing_Buggy_ARR_version_.html as at this price its worth a shot no matter how good/bad it is

  16. I know everyone's got their opinions on this topic but I was wondering what people rate as the best quality 8th buggy money can buy is? I'm thinking along the lines of serpent/sworkz/durango/losi/hotbodies ect? I have a hotbodies d8 with monster electric conversion and tekin brushless system which I thinks pretty good but was considering the possibility of getting another for nitro maybe Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  19. Im thinking about selling it without the spectrum telemetry receiver and sensor as ill want to use them in my new mini nitro, would this have a lot of impact on the value to most people? I cnt see you can even buy them anymore so im guessing no one really wants telemetry and most people tend to keep their radio gear a put in next car?
  20. Thanks, never had one this small everything else has been 1/8 or 1/10 scale. It comes ARR but cant find any reference to if the diffs and shocks come pre-oiled? I don't want to open them up if I don't have to. What do you reckon?
  21. Before I push the button on a couple of these alturn servos does anyone know how much torque im likely to need for steering and throttle/brake?
  22. Got it off a seller on ebay, £100 posted which I didn't think was too bad really.
