Cheap, didn't fit properly and the plastic braces are stronger. They bend easy, there's an example some pages back....

Yeah, got those alloy parts from eBay, total trash, so that was the best place for them. Coggan parts are amazing, I'd fully recommended them.

The classic grasshopper, I went brushless in mine along with my hornet and lunchbox, handled so bad but crazy fun. Surprisingly, the plastic gears can take a brushless setup in the lunchbox along with the mad bull but controlling them is far from easy lol

Not at all, made from 7075t6. Very light and very strong. Never judge a book by its cover 😂 Edit - 50 grams more than stock but worth the upgrade all day long

So, got me some parts in the mail today. Absolutely, no doubt in my mind, these are the best money can buy. Extremely well made, fitting these tomorrow.

Good point ! Yes this is true. All braces will come with the shorter screws now. Gonna order me some very soon, they look really nice.
