  1. Franks De-man then The NE rear hubs aint needed as the stock rear hubs never get damagesd but....they look the business. Hope the set up works for you mate (I'm still sure the GPM's will bend and the MGT will break BUT you can prove me wrong )
  2. I'm leaving the RC hobby as I'm moving to the continent in the next year, so will be selling up all my RC and RC related items. 3. Great news Jay, New Era parts ARE the business Who's Frank by the way?
  4. Think NE moved premises ( was mentioned on LSTForums) and then theres not been much heard from them since . Me and Josh put an order in a few months ago and never heard from them. Hope they get sorted out as the parts are the best around, keeping the spindles stock will work as the weak point. I was going to say I broke the stock spindles with the stock servos but that makes me look like I can break anything lol . Kristian, no worries on the RCMonster order mate I'm in no rush at the moment. Maybe if I kill the two Losi alloy servo horns I may try the huddy.
  5. Great project, hit RCMonster forums - theres a few brushless baja builds on there
  6. Like the huddy and defo want to see how it performs, CNC should be stronger than the H.A Losi one yeah ? MMM ok?
  7. interesting that the servo saver and BEC go at same time... IMO and some one whos used the 5990tg DONT USE A SERVO SAVER dude...but good luck with the next one you try (jato links, stock bellcrnaks, losi servo horn = winner)
  8. Awwww ha ha, great pics :good:
  9. I broke my parts driving on the streets and bad landings (6S 17+ lbs LST2)..just stick to 6v and dont hit curbs or land cartwheeling etc & you'll be fine.
  10. You can only give it a go Jay ..just make sure you're weak point dont cost
  11. Yeah he's doing every one a huge favour at that price I couldnt say no when I read that thread lol. Will PM you tomorrow about RCMonster order You get straps with the RCMonster battery tray, should fit 4S and 6S lipos and the tray. I dont use them as I raised the battery tray off the chassis, think that was due to the New Era Roll Bar.
  12. Jay the Dynamite bellcranks will bend beyond use with the 5990 ...may not look as good using stock plastic bellcranks but at least you know if any thing goes its only cheap available plastic bellcranks.
  13. Sweet pics ARDV8 Like the wing support mod, might be trying that one
  14. Like the sound of a UK warehouse ...but will they increase prices ?
  15. I'll try and get down to this one
  16. Hey ARDV8, Seen some of your posts on LSTForums, Welcome to the club Any pics of your Losi?
  17. Long shot, but as title says, after a RCMonster 23T pinion
  18. Well worth the time and effort if you can make one, you will notice the difference straight away Thanks mate, fantatic truck after a few hop-ups / mods Was that on the nitro I tried at the tennis court bash (cant remember the name of the place) ? That was sweet on the grass.
  19. Using the outter holes on all 4 shock towers, as the LST2 is so heavy I've tried to keep the weight evenly balanced- think it works lol. Sounds like you've got a good set up, theres a post some where on LSTForums where racers (possibly bashers) post their whole running set ups, interesting read if you can find it lol. I like running with the thick sway bars front and rear, just found that set up worked for me. Alot of people just run them upfront. I got 3 little tubes of blue threadlock, just need to use it
  20. Cheers Kristian Outer mounting holes on RPM A-arms, RC Ravens dual rate springs with the shock retainer threaded down and 40wt oil in shocks. Need to hit some big air to see if set up needs some adjustment, but this set seems perfect for all round (driving / jumping). Its a nightnare isnt it...I wasnt on my hands and knees as I had my lad on my shoulders (apparently I was a ship and he was a pirate - dont ask lol) but must have looked a little weird. I've been doubling up all my spares recently, so I dont have to wait, just keep forgetting to take them with me. Nah, the plates are on there now, didnt have any problems fitting it. You get it from arco at overdrive?
