  6. Hi all, The Mrs presented me with a Nikon D3100 as an early 30th Birthday present on Saturday afternoon. Its fair to say i'm a a very happy boy!! Birthday isn't until July but she gave it to me early was due to the imminent arrival of our 3rd baby. Until now i've always used a point and shoot lumix and feel i pushed it to its limits and took some great pics with it. However the difference in picture quality in my dslr has blown me away. I've had a brief play with manual modes and understand a fair bit as i've followed this thread since it started and must have watched every tutorial available on youtube, but there is clearly no substitute for just getting your hands on the camera and snapping away, learning as you go. Anyways here's a few pics i've taken today. (mainly in auto mode until i get braver) nowhere near the standard of some of the stuff i've seen here but i'm happy with them. All comments and criticism welcome. All a boy needs by Bennett290, on Flickr Mcdonalds by Bennett290, on Flickr Logan at the park by Bennett290, on Flickr

  9. First Photography post for me I'm not a pro by any stretch of the imagination but like to have a point and shoot in the glove box at all times and take the odd picture when the opportunity presents itself. 10. I agree not really the place to discuss it and yes it was clearly a missunderstanding but once something is written here its there for all to see, so felt the need to clear it up in the open forum where it was first mentioned. My account was logged in as i tried on several occasions to log in with my partners phone which is not the best. Apologies about the "feeling ripped off" statement i now see that it was a comment made by someone else. And i can assure you that the pics above were in the original listing, The listing had over 90 views so Several others on here must have also looked at the listing so should be able to confirm that for me.
  11. To clear things up a bit before my name gets dragged through the mud on here below are the pics from the sales listing, notice the back tyres, then look here, these are the ones i sold on ebay, clearly not the same ones. Also as for not responding, Tatts, payed for the items on 8th i posted them via a next day courier, which i payed extra for as he wanted the stuff by the weekend. So he had them by the Friday 10th. I have been away at my sons football tournement all weekend so not been picking up my pm's its now only Monday 13th, hardly a lack of response i don't think. I have no idea why it has a shock cap popped but i have some here which i will gladly send or just give you the
