ive got 3 sets of batts now for my summit!! might have to scrounge some crystaLS if at all poss as my27 always clashes with others:helpsmilie: ....didnt get my ass in gear and get a 2.4 setup in time. shall i bring my HD video camera and tripod? (not that i know how to u/l vids might bring along the pretty shell with all the scale stuff on just to get some action shots befoer i but the bashing/****ed shell on and go at those jumps!

2moro no good for me as i have a family roast ive forgotton about... deffo30th. my summit is still on 27..... but on look out for a 4 chan 2.4setup! my brother in law and his brother have a nitro/ petrol somthing-or-other to bring along. if we can get this as a permanent setup could we get some rocks delivered for crawling!

cheers. thats not actually a bearing but a square steel nut which shall be welded. there is an M4 bolt passed through to the rod end. (spring is between the nut and the rod end)

hope its OK to post this build thread here?? this gives an idea of scale. suitable to carry an scx10 (next project) and maybe a boat one day (dont tell the missus) i have this summit to tow it so wanted to look equal. ive got some red/orange LED's wired up for 9v. which shall be housed in here. started cutting the 10mm steel bar.. whoops bit blurry on phone.. thisis the hitch note the spring which allows movement of the hitch independent of the flatbed. this shall carry spare parts for the journey... welding shall start once ive upgraded the electrics out in the garage to cope with my dads arc welder!! i have two leaf spring sets on order from the 'states. i shall be using revo wheels on 17mm hex i have won an r/c plane wheel for a jockey wheel. will have a 3racing winch. any other ideas/comments/suggestions out there buoys?

i keep reading "styrene" so went looking in hobbycraft today..to no avail! i hadnt thought of simple clay.. hoping to making scale camping stuff like cool boxes and a thermos flask...

what do you guys use / recommend....

after some ideas here chaps. making a large crawling trailer for my Summit to pull. i thought about a castor but cant see one small enough on ebay
