we have a private grass track just outside hawick 50 mins south of edinburgh, we run hyper 7 8 and 9s, nothing serious just a decent bash at weekends if your interested?

well 2 gallon of fuel and my force ended up the same, should of took note!!

brand new spider diff set for hyper 9, first

now tryed 5 5 2 but still most power going to rear end, cars not driving like 4wd, any one any tips on diff oil set ups that puts more power to front end,?? using high grip grass track and cars just about popping onto rear wheels

wondering how to set up spider diffs so all the power is not going to the rear, would i use lighter oil in front diff so some power goes there, or does the ligher oil go in rear, would like power split 60 40 or 50 50..any ideas, tryed 5 7 2 but never mademuch difference all power still seems to be going to rear end??

yes was thinking theres not much in the rear diff and most of the powers going there,like a real wheel drive in fact, been checking out and lots of people seem to use 5 7 2. just up graded from my hyper 7 and it had spider diffs, this could be one of the problems aswel, cheers mate

does anyone no what the diff oil comes in a standard new hyper 9 A version? feels like all the powers going to the back causing it to be back end happy, thinking of chaging the oils but unsure whats in as standard.

have a hyper 7 with a mac 28 but think its getting a tired now, was thinking about dropping a force 32 in, would like to no if anyone is in the no about the force 32 engines, are they solid easy to tune etc and do they last, also whats there power like as im looking for plenty of low and power.. many thanks

hi there, 5 of us in hawick with hyper 7s, working on building a private track aswel, we run mc9 or os 8s with no problems..

had glow plug out and noticed that there was a very small pin hole slightly in to the top of the piston where the glow plug would sit about, now its not deep and its a pin sized hole, could this cause any sort off problems im having??

also it has a turbo chamber thing witch i have no idea what it does, can this cause any problems?!

car runs on orion 25 fuel, runs perfect first couple of tanks then at the end of second tank of fuel or middle of 3rd tank the car starts to bog down and loses power bottom to mid range coming out of corners,, by passed fuel filter witch made no difference, changed glow plug to a new 9, cant understand as is perfect on first tank of fuel so if i change any settings it runs bad from first tank, is this a sign engines on way out or anyone have any ideas?? many thanks
